Salesforce and CRM implementation partners · Website

Make the site answer: who built it, in my industry, and does it still work.

A website for a CRM partner is where a sales head, a vendor and a procurement team check the platforms, industries, team and evidence. GullySales plans the structure and the proof the pages carry.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

For salesforce and CRM implementation partners

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The home page lists clouds”

A grid of cloud names looks like the vendor's brochure. A buyer wants to read what changed for a sales team after a project.

  • “There is no evidence of adoption”

Buyers search the site for numbers of users, training and review calls. Their absence is read as a weakness.

  • “Certificates are overstated”

Listing a partner level the firm no longer holds can be found out in one check, and harms the rest of the site.

  • “No clear way to ask for a reference”

A buyer who wants to speak to a client must find the route. A page that explains how references work shows confidence.

What we do

What we deliver for salesforce and CRM implementation partners.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Pages by platform and industry

A page for each CRM and each industry, linked from the home page. The structure offers a route by platform, such as Salesforce, Zoho or HubSpot, and a route by industry, each page naming real projects, consultants and tools.

Result: Each visitor lands where their problem is.

  2. Project pages with permission

Descriptions of delivered projects with stages, users trained and reporting, with names only where agreed. Each page says what the client wanted, how the project was run, what the team now does differently and what remained unfinished, with the client's written approval.

Result: Proof can be read and shared.

  3. A credentials page

Partner levels and certifications held, in the vendor's wording, checked against the vendor's portal. The page lists each consultant's current certifications with the issuing body and the platform's own verification link, and is checked by the firm when a certificate lapses.

    Result: Claims can be verified.

  4. A reference request route

A form or contact route for asking for a client call, explained plainly. A page tells a prospect how to ask for a reference call, what the firm will share and who at the firm arranges it.

Result: Buyers see the firm welcomes checking.

  5. Enquiry routes with source tracking

A form, WhatsApp link and call button that record the page of origin. Every form and link carries its source, so the firm knows which directory, post or search brought the enquiry.

Result: Enquiries are traced to pages.

  6. A landing page for directory visitors

A listing on a vendor's partner directory links to the firm's site, and the visitor expects the platform page to confirm the claims made there. A dedicated landing page shows the certified consultants and the relevant industry.

Result: Directory visitors find proof on arrival.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we show customer logos?
Only those who have agreed in writing. Use industry descriptions for others. Only with written permission from each client, and only logos of clients you served. Where a client declines, describe the sector and the project type without the name.
Do we need separate sites per platform?
No. One site with clear sections is easier to maintain and to rank.
How do we keep certificates accurate?
Assign one person to check the vendor's portal and update the page whenever the level changes. Check them against the platform's own listing each time a consultant joins, leaves or renews, and remove any that have lapsed. A visitor who checks a badge and finds it expired will doubt the rest of the page.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
