GullySales

United States

The after-hours call and the unchased estimate are where the job goes to a rival.

Every page below says how your buyers choose, where the money leaks between the call and the job, and what we would fix first.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

38 industries, each written for how its buyers decide.

In one paragraph

GullySales takes the part most agencies leave alone: the missed call, the estimate nobody chased, the CRM nobody trusts. Each of the 38 pages below is written for one industry, with the platforms your buyers actually use, from Google Local Services and Angi to ServiceTitan and HubSpot.

An invented example: a roofing firm has a hailstorm in the area, forty enquiries arrive in a week, and the office answers the first dozen. The rest get a quote request nobody opens. A page here shows where that happens in your own trade.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • Hours that fit your day, agreed up front

Which hours we overlap with yours is settled before any work starts, so you know when a reply is coming and when it is not.

Your brief

Tell us what you need, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

Questions

What US owners ask first.

Not answered here? Ask on WhatsApp or call, and you will speak to someone who does the work.

Do you have US clients we can talk to?
Not yet. This is a new market for us, and we will not invent references. What we can show is the work itself: the written scope, and the reporting against the baseline we record before starting.
Why hire an outside team for this at all?
Cost per hour is the obvious reason and the least interesting one. The useful one is coverage: enquiries that arrive after your crews go home get answered, and follow-up that a busy office never gets to happens on a schedule.
Who actually answers our leads?
The people who read your brief and talk to you first stay your contacts. Who covers a call that arrives after your office closes in a US time zone is not left to assumption: we write down who picks it up, in which hours, and what they do when they cannot reach you, before any outreach starts.
What happens to a call that comes in at night, US time?
India is many hours ahead of the US, so the overlap with your working day is limited. We say so plainly and agree the cover in writing: which calls and texts we handle, which wait for your crew in the morning, and who you phone if something cannot wait. If that gap is too wide for your trade, we will tell you.
How do you handle calling and texting rules?
Rules on calling and texting differ by state and by trade, so check them with a US adviser before any outreach runs. We keep consent and records as part of the setup, and we follow your written policy on who may be called and texted.

Your next practical step

Tell us what you are trying to grow, and we will read it before we call.
