Ayurveda and alternative wellness centres · Email marketing

The guest who left in March is your best booking for next monsoon.

Email marketing for an Ayurveda centre is how a stay that ended becomes a stay that repeats, and how an overseas enquiry stays warm through the months before it books. GullySales sets up the post-programme check-in, the consented seasonal reminder and the travel planner mail, with the physician approving the wording.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What email marketing means

Email marketing is sending planned messages to a list of past and prospective customers who have agreed to hear from you. It suits offers, updates and staying in touch with someone who is not ready to buy yet. GullySales writes and schedules these emails and tracks who opens, clicks and enquires.

For ayurveda and alternative wellness centres

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Overseas guests plan by email and pay by email”

A visitor coming for a programme wants the schedule, the visa position, the airport transfer and the invoice in writing. That conversation lives in an inbox for weeks, not in a chat window.

  • “The follow-up belongs to the physician, not to a mailing list”

A note asking how the routine is holding up a month after a programme is clinical follow-up that happens to travel by email. It brings people back better than any offer would.

  • “A season reminder has to be asked for”

A guest who came last monsoon may want a note before the next one. Ask at checkout, record the answer, and write only to the people who said yes.

What we do

What we deliver for ayurveda and alternative wellness centres.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A post-programme check-in from the physician

A short note a few weeks after the stay asking how the diet and routine are holding, signed by the doctor who saw them.

Result: Guests hear from the person they trusted.

  2. A consented seasonal reminder list

Permission taken at checkout, recorded with the date and the programme, and used once before the season the guest came for.

Result: The reminder reaches people glad to get it.

  3. An enquiry sequence for overseas guests

The programme schedule, the visa and travel note, the transfer details and the invoice, sent in order across the weeks such a booking takes.

Result: A distant enquiry stays warm until it books.

  4. A mail for travel planners and hotel partners

Programme dates, room availability, commission terms and one named contact, sent in the months planners build their itineraries.

Result: Partners have what they need to sell your stay.

  5. Wording approved once and used every time

Standing text for each mail, read by your physician and kept in one place, so nobody rewrites a claim under time pressure.

Result: Every mail carries the same careful language.

  6. Reporting on replies, consultations and bookings

Opens, replies, consultations booked and programmes sold from each mail, compared with the baseline taken before work started.

Result: The list is judged on guests, not on opens.

How the result is measured

  • Open rate
  • Click rate
  • Enquiries from email

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

What must be in place first

What an Ayurveda centre needs in place before it emails past guests or overseas enquirers.

Consent given at registration, in writing
The registration form should say whether the guest agrees to a check-in note and news of programmes. Keep that answer in the guest record. A guest who only came for a stay has not agreed to a newsletter.
Prescriptions and assessments kept out of the mailing tool
Dosha assessments, diagnoses, prescriptions and diet charts are medical records. The mailing tool holds a name, an address and the programme attended, nothing a stranger could read as a case history.
A claims check before every send
Advertising rules for Ayurvedic services and medicines differ by state and body and change. Check each mail with your own council guidance or adviser. Describe the programme and the setting, never a cure or a promised outcome.
Overseas enquirers listed by country and travel month
Note where the enquirer lives and the month they said they might travel, as they told you. A written reply they can show a spouse or employer matters more to them than a quick chat.
The physician reads clinical wording before it goes
A coordinator can write the mail, but the physician should read anything that mentions a therapy, a diet or a herb. Errors in these words are more costly than a late send.
Check-in notes written as a person, not a campaign
A note after a stay should come from the centre's guest coordinator by name, ask how the guest is, and suggest nothing medical. An opt-out line stays at the foot of every note.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the email marketing work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your list

We review who is on the list, how they got there, and how long it has been since they last heard from you.

  2. 2

    Audit past sends

We check open and click rates from past emails to see what has and has not worked.

  3. 3

    Segment and plan

The list is split into meaningful groups and a sending calendar is agreed.

  4. 4

    Implement content and automation

Emails are written, scheduled and, where useful, set to trigger automatically based on behaviour.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track performance and adjust subject lines, timing and content based on what the list responds to.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we email people about a new programme?
Write to people who gave you the address and agreed to hear from you, and make stopping easy. Describe what the programme involves rather than what it will do for them. The claim rules apply in an inbox exactly as they do on a page.
How often should we write to past guests?
A few times a year is plenty: a check-in after the programme, a note before the season they came for, and one genuinely useful piece in between. A centre that mails every week gets marked as spam and loses the address for good.
Do overseas guests expect something different in an email?
Yes. They want clear dates, what is included, the practical steps for travel and stay, and the physician's name, all in writing. Use plain English, state times in their time zone, and reply to every question in the same thread.
Can we send a guest their diet chart or therapy plan by email?
Only to the guest, at the address they gave, and not through a campaign tool. Treat it as a medical record. Ask your own adviser how records may be shared, and add a line asking the guest not to forward it.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
