Ayurveda and alternative wellness centres · Website

A site that shows only the building and the massage table reads like a spa.

A website for an Ayurveda or alternative wellness centre is where a careful buyer checks the physician, the programme and the daily routine before sending the first message. GullySales writes and structures the pages so the physician is visible, the programmes are described honestly and the consultation is the clear next step.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

Realistic editorial illustration of ayurveda and alternative wellness centres at work in India

For ayurveda and alternative wellness centres

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The physician is the reason to trust the centre”

Visitors look for a name, a qualification such as BAMS or MD Ayurveda, a registration number and a face. A site with therapy photographs and no doctor leaves the buyer unsure whether they are looking at a clinic or a massage room.

  • “A programme page is read as a schedule”

A retreat guest wants to know what a day looks like: the first therapy, the meals, the rest, the consultation. A page that lists therapies by name and says nothing of the day gives the buyer nothing to picture and no reason to write.

  • “Old claims are still sitting on the site”

Pages written years ago may say cure or permanent relief. They stay indexed and visible until someone rewrites them. A review of every page, blog post and image caption comes before any new design, because a pretty site carrying old claims is still a risk.

  • “The phone is where the site is read”

Visitors arrive on mobile, sent by a WhatsApp link from a relative. A page that loads slowly, hides the consultation button or uses small type loses the reader before the physician has been seen.

What we do

What we deliver for ayurveda and alternative wellness centres.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A physician page for each doctor

Name, qualification, registration, experience and the kind of consultation given, written plainly and checked with the physician.

Result: The buyer sees a qualified doctor within a moment.

  2. A programme page for each stay

Length, daily routine, food, accommodation, inclusions and who the programme may not suit, with a consultation button.

Result: An enquiry arrives already understanding the stay.

  3. A review of existing site language

Every page, post and caption read for cure and guaranteed-result wording, with a rewrite for each line found.

Result: The site carries no claim you would have to defend.

  4. A consultation booking step

A short form for contact details, the programme asked about and preferred times, kept free of clinical detail.

Result: The visitor has one obvious next step.

  5. Mobile layout and page speed

Tap-friendly buttons, readable type and compressed photographs, checked on ordinary phones.

Result: The site works for the relative holding a phone.

  6. An international guest section

An English page covering travel, visas, what the stay includes and a named contact.

Result: Overseas buyers find the answers they ask first.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can the site show guest testimonials?
Be careful. Guest stories that imply a medical outcome can break advertising rules. Reviews on Google and travel platforms are written by guests in their own words. Advertising rules differ by profession and state, so check with your own adviser before posting stories.
Should we sell Ayurvedic products on the site?
Rules on advertising drugs and remedies have changed and been challenged in court, so check the current position with your own adviser first. A centre is better served by promoting consultations and programmes and leaving product sales to the desk.
Do we need a new site or can the old one be fixed?
If the structure is sound, the pages can be rewritten and rebuilt in place. If it cannot show a physician page, a programme page and a booking step, a new build is cleaner. GullySales reviews the current site before recommending either.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
