Corporate video and brand film production · Marketing

Put the people and the story behind your company on film.

A buyer who is about to place a large order, a family choosing a hospital or a graduate weighing two employers all want the same thing: to see who they are dealing with. A company film, a brand film or a conversation with the founder answers that more directly than an About page.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

A production team reviewing footage and a video storyboard

In one paragraph

Corporate video and brand film production covers the company film, the brand film and the founder and employee interview video, planned around the buyer who will watch it. GullySales writes the brief, the story and the interview questions, and agrees in writing how the shoot and edit are delivered. Scope and fee follow the requirements brief.

These three formats do different jobs. A corporate video explains what the company is, what it makes or does and how it works. A brand film tells why the company exists and what it stands for. A founder or employee interview puts a real person on screen, answering the questions a buyer or a candidate would ask in person.

This page covers films about the company itself. Video production and marketing covers the wider planning of video for your website, ads and profiles, and short-form video covers Reels and Shorts. How the shoot is crewed and delivered is agreed in writing after the requirements brief, because it depends on the film, the location and the people being filmed.

The problem

Does this sound like your business?

What owners tell us on the first call, in their words.

  • “Our website says what we do but not who we are”

Buyers read the same claims on every competitor's site. A film with real people, a real site and a clear point of view is the part that is hard to copy.

  • “The founder has a story and no way to tell it”

The reason the company started, and the decisions behind how it works, are known to the founder and a few colleagues. Prospects, candidates and partners never hear it.

  • “We tried an interview video and it felt stiff”

People freeze when a camera is pointed at them with no preparation. Questions sent in advance, a relaxed setting and a clear purpose for each answer change how the interview comes across.

  • “We had a film made and cannot use it anywhere”

A single long film does not suit a website, a recruitment page, a dealer meeting and a social profile. Without a plan for where each version will run, it sits on a drive.

What we do

Everything that is included.

Each deliverable, and what it gets you. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Film brief and story

Who the film is for, what they should understand when it ends and the story that gets them there, written down before anything is booked.

  2. Corporate video planning

A company film that shows the premises, the process, the people and the offer, with a script or outline that you approve.

  3. Brand film treatment

A treatment that sets out the idea, the tone and the sequence of the film, so you can judge the direction before filming.

  4. Founder and employee interview videos

Interview questions prepared for each speaker, a setting that suits the person, and edited answers that sound like the speaker and not a script.

  5. Editing and versions

The full film plus the shorter cuts and captions agreed for your website, recruitment page, events and social profiles.

  6. Release and consent

Written consent from the people who appear and clearance for music and footage used, so the film is safe to publish.

How the result is measured

  • Films and cuts delivered against the agreed scope
  • Views and watch time on each page or platform where the film runs
  • Enquiries or applications from pages that carry the film
  • Use of the film in sales meetings, tenders and recruitment
  • Approvals and consents recorded for every person who appears

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for you if these sound familiar.

  • Manufacturers and exporters who host buyer visits and want a film that does part of that job before the visit
  • Hospitals, schools and colleges whose parents and patients want to meet the people behind the name
  • Founder-led businesses whose story is the strongest thing they have and is nowhere on the website
  • Companies recruiting skilled staff who want employees to describe the workplace in their own words
  • Firms preparing for a tender, an investor meeting or a dealer conference that needs a company film

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You need a short product clip for a single ad; short-form video or performance creatives fit that better
  • Nobody in the business is willing to appear on camera or to approve a script
  • You want a film made for its own sake, with no website page, profile, event or ad where it will be shown

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the work runs

  1. 1

    Requirements brief

We start with a brief: the business, the audience for the film, where it will be shown and who will appear in it. Scope and fee are agreed in writing after it.

  2. 2

Agree how the film is delivered

The type of film, the shoot arrangements and who carries out each part of production are set out in writing, so you know what you are paying for before filming starts.

  3. 3

    Story, script and questions

The story, the outline or script and the interview questions are prepared and sent to you and to the people who will appear, for approval.

  4. 4

    Film and edit

Filming takes place at your premises or the agreed location. The edit is shared with you for comments and revised against the written scope.

  5. 5

    Place and review

The film and its cuts go to the pages, profiles and events planned at the start, and we review with you how each one is being used.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

Engagement options

Ways to work with us.

Pick the size of commitment that fits. Every option starts with your brief and a conversation.

  1. Option 1

    The conversation on its own

A call after you send your brief. It says honestly whether you need outside help, and many fixes are ones your own team can make.

  2. Option 2

    One fix, scoped

Start with the fix that matters most, such as reply time or follow-up. The fee is in writing before anything starts.

  3. Option 3

    An ongoing programme

We run the work, report against the baseline, and you renew on the numbers. The term and the reporting are agreed in writing first.

  4. Option 4

Guidance for your own team or agency

We plan, brief and check the work of your in-house team or current agency, instead of replacing them.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

What is the difference between a corporate video and a brand film?
A corporate video explains the company: what it does, how it works and who is behind it. A brand film tells the story of why the company exists and what it stands for. Some businesses need one, some need both, and the requirements brief settles which.
Who films and edits the video?
How production is crewed and delivered depends on the film, the location and the number of people involved. We set that out in writing after the requirements brief, before any filming is booked, so you know who is doing what.
Do founders and employees need to be comfortable on camera?
No. We send the questions in advance, choose a setting the person is at ease in and cut the answers so they sound natural. Anyone who prefers not to appear can say so, and the film is planned without them.
Can the film be in Hindi or another Indian language?
Yes, if your buyers or candidates are best reached in that language. The language, and any subtitles, are part of the scope agreed in writing.
Will the film bring in enquiries or sales?
We cannot promise either. We plan the film around a specific viewer and a specific place to show it, and we track how that page performs so you can judge the film on evidence.
How is this priced?
There is no published price. The fee is put in writing after the requirements brief.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
