Kalessi
Bathroom tiles were being sold without a store built for looking.
Kalessi sells bathroom tiles online across territories in Australia, and had no store suited to visual browsing, almost no presence where interiors decisions are made, and no search work done. GullySales built a fast, mobile-friendly store, ran the search work, opened and kept up the social accounts, and answered tiling questions on Quora.

The problem they brought us
Where things stood.
Tiles are chosen by eye. There was no store suitable for a buyer who wants to scroll through finishes on a phone, compare two of them and then order.
Bathroom and interiors decisions get talked about on social media, and Kalessi was barely there. The site was not optimised for search, so buying-intent searches went elsewhere, and nothing was published that answered a buyer's questions.
What we did about it
The work, in the order it happened.
- 1
A store built for browsing
A mobile-friendly, fast-loading e-commerce store designed for looking through finishes rather than only for checking out.
- 2
Search work from the ground up
Keyword research, a site audit, then on-page and technical work so the store shows up for buying-intent searches.
- 3
Social accounts opened and kept up
Facebook, Instagram and Twitter created and maintained, where bathroom and interiors decisions are already being discussed.
- 4
Articles that answer the real questions
Blog articles explaining the products and the choices a buyer has to make between them.
- 5
Quora as a second front door
A Quora business profile answering tiling queries, which reaches people beyond the site's own audience and brings them back to the store.
Where it landed
The outcome.

How we work
Tell us what you need, and we start from there.
You fill in the requirements brief. We read it, then talk to you about how enquiries arrive, how fast they are answered, and where orders are lost between the two. After that we send the scope, the fee and the term in writing.
We do not publish a price. We scope the work after that first conversation and put the fee in writing before anything begins, split three ways: our time, your media spend, and production. The term and the reporting are agreed in writing at the same time. No default twelve-month lock, no ranking guarantees.
First
Your brief
You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.
After the brief
A conversation and a written scope
We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.
Before work starts
Baseline recorded
The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.
After the baseline
The first fix goes live
The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.
As agreed
Report against the baseline
What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.
At renewal
Renew on the numbers
The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.
Your next practical step
Tell us what you are trying to grow, and we will read it before we call.
Eight short steps, mostly taps. Skip anything you would rather answer on the call.
