Count how fast the first call happens and how long the rep keeps trying.

A follow-up promise dashboard shows two things for every lead: the time to first contact, and how many attempts the rep made before stopping. Read in the Monday meeting, it shows who is breaking the promise your website and ads make. The page ends in a one-page view of who is breaking the promise.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

In one paragraph

A follow-up promise dashboard shows two things for every lead: the time to first contact, and how many attempts the rep made before stopping. Read in the Monday meeting, it shows who is breaking the promise your website and ads make. The page ends in a one-page view of who is breaking the promise.

Your website says 'we call you back within the hour'. A buyer in Nashik fills the form at 6:40 on a Friday evening and gets a call on Monday afternoon. By then the same buyer has spoken to two competitors. The promise was made by marketing and broken by nobody in particular.

A dashboard turns that into a name and a number. For each lead you need three timestamps: when the enquiry arrived, when the first real contact was made, and the date of the last attempt. From these come two measures. Time to first contact shows speed. Attempts and days of effort show persistence.

The sales head runs it and reviews it in the Monday sales meeting; reps log, the owner reads. Calls and WhatsApp messages only count if they are logged, so a rep who chats on a personal phone and never records it looks lazy in the data and is invisible to everyone else.

It follows routing, which says who owns the lead, and feeds the lead KPIs page, which picks the few numbers worth tracking beyond this one.

More enquiries turned into orders, for teams that reply late and follow up once.

The work

What this is actually like.

  • “Define 'first contact' before you measure it”

A call that rings out is an attempt, not contact. A template message sent automatically is not contact either. Agree with the sales head that contact means a two-way exchange or a voicemail left by the rep, and write the definition above the chart.

  • “Persistence is a number too”

Reps give up after one call because the next lead is easier. Track attempts and days between first and last attempt for leads that never answered. A rule such as five attempts over two weeks is the team's own to set.

  • “Consent shapes what you may chase”

Call or message only leads who asked to be contacted. Leads bought from lists or scraped should not appear on the call list at all. Rules on calling and messaging differ and change, so check yours with your adviser.

  • “Averages hide the Friday-night leads”

An average response time of forty minutes can contain a lead that waited two days. Show the slowest ten leads of the week by name, and show response time split by day and hour so weekend and evening gaps are visible.

What we do

What you end up with.

The documents this topic produces, what each one is for, and how you know it is finished.

  1. Lead log columns

Lead, source, arrived, owner, first contact, contact type, attempts, last attempt, result. Filled by the rep or the telecaller on every lead from the day the sheet goes live.

Result: Finished when a random lead picked on Monday has every column filled.

  2. One-page view

One page: median and slowest time to first contact, share of leads contacted inside the promised window, leads with fewer attempts than the rule, and a list by rep. Built by the sales head's assistant from the log.

Result: Finished when it is printed or shared before the Monday meeting without anyone editing it.

  3. Promise statement

One sentence naming the promised window and where it is published (website, ad, marketplace reply). Owner signs it.

Result: Finished when the number on the website matches the number on the dashboard.

  4. Backup responder roster

Who answers leads on evenings, Sundays and rep leave days, shown beside the dashboard.

Result: Finished when the slowest-lead list shows no weekend gap with nobody named.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

What response time should I promise?
One your team has met this month. Look at the log for a few weeks, find the window you hit nine times in ten, and publish that. A tighter promise you break is worse than a longer one you keep.
Do WhatsApp replies count?
Yes, if they are logged. A rep replying from a personal phone leaves no record. Use the shared business number or ask reps to note the touch in the sheet, and count only what is written down.
Is this tracking reps or leads?
Both. The rep column shows who is slow, but the source column shows which channel produces leads that arrive when nobody is working. That is a staffing and ad-timing fix, not a rep problem.
Can we start without a CRM?
Yes. A shared sheet with the nine columns works for four weeks, and four weeks of data is enough to see where the promise breaks. Move to a CRM report once the habit of logging holds.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts. For sales work it is mostly our time, with production only where scripts, decks or CRM setup need it.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time and follow-up are the quickest to show, because the enquiries already exist. Process, CRM and training changes show as the team uses them. Each one is tracked against the baseline.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
To start, last month's enquiries in any format and time with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
