CRM, lead flow and sales techniques · Lead management

Plan one nurture path for one buyer type, from first interest to a sales conversation.

A lead nurture campaign plan is a sequence of messages that moves one buyer type from awareness to a conversation with sales. It sets a goal, an offer for each stage and a check each message must pass. The page ends with a campaign map your team can build and run.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

In one paragraph

A lead nurture campaign plan is a sequence of messages that moves one buyer type from awareness to a conversation with sales. It sets a goal, an offer for each stage and a check each message must pass. The page ends with a campaign map your team can build and run.

A coaching institute in Kota collects parent enquiries all year, and the parents do not decide until the board results come out. The counsellor calls once, gets 'we will see', and never calls again. Three months later the parent enrols at a rival that sent a WhatsApp message with a sample paper at the right moment.

A nurture plan fills that gap. Choose a single buyer type, list what that buyer asks while becoming aware, weighing options and deciding, then attach one helpful offer to each of those moments: a short guide, a side-by-side comparison, a demo or a site visit. Messages go out by email, WhatsApp and a call from a person, only to those who have agreed to hear from you.

The marketing person plans and writes it, the sales head defines what counts as ready to talk, and the owner signs the goal. It replaces the one-call-and-forget routine. It follows the segments and the qualification matrix, which tell you who goes into the path.

Keep it to one buyer type first. A second path can wait until the first one has run.

If you want this done for you

Keep a lead warm for the months it can take a buyer to actually decide.

The work

What this is actually like.

  • “Set a goal you can count”

'Stay in touch' is not a goal. Pick a number: how many of the contacts enrolled should become a sales conversation within ninety days. Without it, you cannot tell whether the path works or is only sending messages.

  • “Each message must teach something”

A message that says 'just checking in' costs you a contact. Give them a fact, a price comparison, a checklist or a short story that helps them decide. One topic and one next step per message, readable in five seconds.

  • “Consent and channel come first”

Email, WhatsApp and calls each have different consent expectations. Record how and when each contact agreed, put an opt-out in every message, and stop at once if asked. Rules differ by state and change, so check with your own lawyer or adviser.

  • “A person must still call”

Automation sends the messages, but the moment a contact clicks twice or replies, a human calls. A path that never hands over to a person trains buyers to ignore you. Define the trigger and the person responsible.

What we do

What you end up with.

The documents this topic produces, what each one is for, and how you know it is finished.

  1. The goal and the persona

One paragraph stating the buyer type, the starting stage and the target, such as 'parents of Class 10 students enrolled; target a counsellor visit within ninety days'.

Result: Finished when the owner can read the goal and say what success looks like.

  2. The stage questions and offers

A grid with awareness, consideration and decision down the side and, for each, the questions the buyer asks, the offer you make, and the channel it travels on.

Result: Finished when each offer answers a question the buyer actually asked.

  3. The message set

Each message written out with its subject or opening line, its one topic, its next step and its opt-out. Email of fifty to a hundred and twenty-five words, WhatsApp shorter.

Result: Finished when every message passes the quality checklist.

  4. The campaign map

A diagram or table showing the days between messages, the triggers that move a contact on, and the handover to sales.

Result: Finished when someone who did not write it can load it into the CRM from the map alone.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

How many messages should the path have?
As many as there are real things to say, and no more. Five or six useful ones across three months is better than twenty fillers. When you run out of useful content, stop.
What do we do with people who do not respond?
Move them to a slower, lower-frequency list after the path ends and check their consent again. Do not keep sending to a contact who has never opened a message.
Can WhatsApp be used for nurture?
Yes, where the contact has agreed to messages from you on WhatsApp, and in line with the platform's own rules. Check both with your own adviser before sending bulk messages.
How do we know the path works?
Compare how many enrolled contacts reached a sales conversation against your goal, and compare their close rate with contacts who were never enrolled. Review the messages after each batch.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts. For sales work it is mostly our time, with production only where scripts, decks or CRM setup need it.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time and follow-up are the quickest to show, because the enquiries already exist. Process, CRM and training changes show as the team uses them. Each one is tracked against the baseline.
What do you need from us?
To start, last month's enquiries in any format and time with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
