Authorised car service centres · Digital marketing

Plan the digital work around the service bay, not around clicks.

Digital marketing for a service centre brings together search, maps, social pages, messages and paid adverts under one aim: cars booked into the bays. GullySales sets the plan, sequence and record, working inside your manufacturer's brand rules.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For authorised car service centres

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The bays are the limit, so aim at open slots”

A workshop that is full on Saturday and empty on Tuesday needs a different push from one that is empty all week. Digital effort should point at the slots that are open.

  • “The manufacturer's campaigns and yours overlap”

National campaigns run alongside local ones. A dealer who repeats the same offer on the same platform confuses owners, so the plan notes what the manufacturer already runs.

  • “Different jobs need different channels”

Accident repair comes from the insurance route, paid service from search and reminders, packages from the counter and chat. Spending the same effort on each wastes it on the one that does not respond.

  • “Records decide what to repeat”

If bookings carry a source, the manager can see which effort filled the bays. If they do not, the decision rests on opinion.

What we do

What we deliver for authorised car service centres.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Channel plan by job

A written plan that links each job, such as paid service or bodyshop work, to the channels that reach its buyer.

Result: One page showing which channel serves which job.

  2. Brand-rule map

A summary of what your manufacturer allows on adverts, pages and messages, with an approval path.

Result: Everyone knows what needs approval before it goes out.

  3. Booking source record

A field on every booking naming how the owner reached you.

Result: Bookings can be counted by source.

  4. Priority list

A ranked list of the digital tasks, starting with those that fill open slots.

Result: The team works from one list.

  5. Review of results

A review that sets bookings beside the record kept before the work began.

Result: The plan changes where the figures disagree with it.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Where do we start?
With the profile, the booking route and the reminder flow. They cost little and affect every owner. Adverts come after, once the booking route works.
Do we need an agency and the manufacturer's agency?
You may have both. We work with the manufacturer's rules and any agency it appoints, so the two efforts do not clash.
Can digital replace the advisor?
No. It brings the owner to the counter or the chat. The advisor still explains the job and wins the trust that brings the owner back.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
