Tyre dealers · Digital marketing

Join the listing, the website and WhatsApp into one path that ends at the bay.

Digital marketing for a tyre dealer is the way the Business Profile, the website, WhatsApp and paid adverts work together to bring a vehicle to the shop. GullySales plans them as one path and counts what each sends.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

Tyre dealers: show a real physical business scene illustrating Stock by size, brand and pattern. Count each size, brand, pattern and load rating with its rack location and reorder level, so the counter answers from the screen rather than a walk to the rack.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For tyre dealers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The channels leak where they meet”

A buyer finds the listing, taps the website, finds no price, and leaves. Each channel works alone and fails at the handover. The plan joins them so the buyer is never asked to start again.

  • “Paid adverts need a narrow target”

An advert shown across a whole city pays for people who will never visit. An advert for a tyre size, a puncture search or alignment, shown within the distance a driver travels, is spent on someone who might come.

  • “The counter is part of the marketing”

A phone that goes unanswered wastes every rupee spent to make it ring. The best digital plan fails at a counter where nobody picks up, so the plan covers who answers, and when.

  • “Counting needs one sheet”

Calls, chats, walk-ins and bookings are scattered across phones and books. A single sheet that tags each by source tells the owner which channel earned its place and which can be dropped.

What we do

What we deliver for tyre dealers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Channel plan

A short plan naming which channels the shop uses, who runs each and what a visitor should do next.

Result: Every channel has a purpose and an owner.

  2. Handover fixes

Links between listing, website and WhatsApp, with the price and the call button in the same place on each.

Result: A buyer moves from one to another without losing the thread.

  3. Local advert set-up

A small number of adverts aimed at sizes, services and distances, with a landing page for each.

Result: Advertising money goes to searches that match your stock.

  4. Booking and source sheet

A sheet tagging every call, chat and walk-in by source and outcome.

Result: You can read where the bookings came from.

  5. Start-of-work baseline

A record of calls, reviews, search visibility and bookings before the work begins.

Result: Later figures are compared with a starting point.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Where should a tyre shop spend first?
On the Business Profile and the WhatsApp price reply, since both cost little and meet buyers already searching. Add the website and paid adverts once the counter can handle the enquiries they bring.
Do hoardings and pamphlets still matter?
They can, near the shop and on the roads drivers use. Add a number or code that lets the counter ask how the buyer heard, so printed advertising is counted beside the digital sources.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
