Tyre dealers · WhatsApp marketing

Answer the size query with a fitted price before the buyer opens another chat.

WhatsApp marketing for a tyre dealer is the use of a Business number, a catalogue and saved replies to quote prices, book slots and remind owners. GullySales sets up the account and the replies, and keeps messaging within the platform's current rules.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

Tyre dealers: show a real physical business scene illustrating Stock by size, brand and pattern. Count each size, brand, pattern and load rating with its rack location and reorder level, so the counter answers from the screen rather than a walk to the rack.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For tyre dealers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The first reply decides the sale”

A buyer messages three shops with the same size. The shop that replies with a fitted price, the brand and the next free slot gets the visit. A reply that says call us gets a second message to a competitor.

  • “A catalogue beats typing the same list”

Counter staff type the same sizes and brands all day. A Business catalogue with sizes, brands and fitted charges lets the reply be a tap, and removes the mistakes that come from typing prices from memory.

  • “Broadcasts must go to people who agreed”

A list bought or copied from somewhere is spam and risks the number being blocked. A list built from owners who ticked consent at the counter is smaller and welcome. Check the platform's current rules before sending.

  • “Drivers forward what is useful”

A taxi driver forwards a price card to a colleague in seconds. A plain card with sizes, fitted prices and the shop's location travels through groups that no advertisement reaches.

What we do

What we deliver for tyre dealers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Business account set-up

Name, profile, hours, address, catalogue and an away message, so the account looks like a shop and not a personal number.

Result: A buyer opening the chat sees a working business.

  2. Size-wise catalogue

Common sizes and brands with fitted prices, entered once and updated when prices change.

Result: A price query is answered by sharing a catalogue item.

  3. Saved replies

Replies for price, slot booking, fleet enquiry, location and after-fitting check, in the local language.

Result: Every staff member replies in the same words.

  4. Consent-based reminder list

A list of owners who agreed to messages, with the vehicle and the due date for each.

Result: Reminders go only to those who asked.

  5. Message-to-booking count

A tag on each chat showing whether it ended in a booking, so chats can be counted against fittings.

Result: You can see which chats became fittings.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand current WhatsApp use

We review how customers currently message you and how consistently, if at all, it is answered.

  2. 2

    Audit common questions

We identify the questions that come up repeatedly, which decide what should be automated first.

  3. 3

    Set up automation and templates

An automated first response and quick reply templates are built for the most common needs.

  4. 4

    Connect to the CRM

Conversations are linked to customer records so context carries over between team members.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track response time and conversion, refining automated responses based on what customers actually ask.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we send offers to everyone who messaged us?
Only to those who agreed to receive them. A person who asked a price did not necessarily agree to promotions. Ask at the counter and record the answer. Check the platform's current rules on business messaging.
Should we use automation or reply by hand?
Use saved replies and a catalogue for the first answer, and a person for everything after it. A buyer comparing prices wants speed on the first message and a human on the second.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
