Dry cleaners and laundries · Branding

Your name travels on a cover, a bike and a board at the gate.

Branding for a laundry is the shop board, the packing cover on the delivery and the rider at the gate, because that is everything most households ever see of you. GullySales settles a name people can spell, a look that survives a plastic cover, and the tags and rate card your counter uses.

A sign-painter's bench: a shop sign on a low easel lettered as far as its last character, which is still only pencilled in, a mahl stick laid across the work, open tins of paint on the floor and a finished sign hanging from its iron bracket above

What branding means

Branding is what a customer remembers about your business beyond the product, including your name, colours, tone of voice and what you are known for locally. GullySales sets or corrects this once and applies it consistently across your website, signage and adverts so the business looks like one company everywhere.

For dry cleaners and laundries

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • The cover hangs in a wardrobe for a month

Your packing cover is the only advert that lives inside a customer's house. A plain one is a month wasted.

  • A name people can spell is a name they can search

If the security guard at the gate cannot repeat it, the tower cannot recommend it, and nobody can type it into Maps.

  • The rider is the shop for most customers

Households who never visit the counter judge you on a bike, a bag and how the delivery boy speaks at the door.

  • Careful work has to look different from the kilo wash

A bridal lehenga handed over at the same counter, in the same tag and cover as a fifty-rupee kilo bag, gets priced like the kilo bag.

What we do

What we deliver for dry cleaners and laundries.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A name and mark set in one form

The shop name written identically on the board, the bill, the listing and the cover, with a mark that stays readable printed on plastic.

Result: A resident can spell your name in the society group.

  2. Covers, tags and bags designed as one set

Garment covers, piece tags, the delivery bag and the shoe box carrying the same name, number and WhatsApp line.

Result: Your number is inside the wardrobe when the next pile builds.

  3. Rider kit and what is said at the door

Bike branding, a uniform shirt or cap, and the few lines the rider uses when collecting and when returning a bag.

Result: The household sees a business rather than a passing bike.

  4. A printed rate card to leave behind

Per piece and per kilo rates, collection days and the minimum, printed to hand to a security desk, a PG manager or a salon owner.

Result: Something worth keeping stays after every visit.

  5. A separate look for premium garment care

Different tags, covers and counter wording for bridal wear, silks and leather, so careful work is not sold at kilo rates.

Result: Expensive pieces are priced for the work they take.

How the result is measured

  • Recognition in customer feedback
  • Consistency across channels
  • Repeat enquiries by name

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for dry cleaners and laundries

  1. 1

    Assess

We check where you appear on Maps for laundry searches in your area and how fast WhatsApp pickup requests get answered. We also read your reviews and count how many one-time customers came back.

  2. 2

    Fix the pickup reply

A WhatsApp catalogue, quick replies and a named person for rush hours, so every pickup request gets a slot and a price quickly.

  3. 3

    Set up the customer record

Every order and garment type recorded against the household or business, so repeat pickups can be tracked and prompted.

  4. 4

    Bring customers in

Local search, apartment group introductions, seasonal campaigns and a direct approach to PGs, salons and homestays nearby.

  5. 5

Turn one drop into a routine

A weekly pickup offer after the first good order, reminders to quiet households and a review ask on every delivery.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Is a logo worth spending on for a single shop?
The board, the cover and the tag matter more than a logo. Get the name set in one readable form and printed on everything a customer holds. That is the part that brings the second order.
Should we rename the shop to sound premium?
Only if the present name is holding back the bridal and silk work. Otherwise keep it, since residents already recommend you by that name, and change the tags and covers instead.
Can a local laundry compete with the laundry apps?
Yes, on reply speed, careful handling and a person the customer can call. Most app users are simply the ones nobody local reached first, so the work is to show up in the same search and answer just as fast.
Should we build our own pickup app?
Usually not. WhatsApp Business with a catalogue and a clear pickup routine does the job for a single shop or a few outlets, and customers already use it.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
