GullySales

E-commerce · Beverages

Buyers ask whether our juice is real, and we cannot answer in one line.

The word juice covers a bottle that keeps for months on a shelf and a bottle that is pressed the day before and has to be kept cold. The buyer cannot tell which is which from a photograph, and the two are sold in very different ways.

A 90-minute audit call and a written, scored report. Turnaround, reporting and term are agreed in writing after the audit.

In one paragraph

Juice e-commerce is the online sale of packaged fruit juices, coconut water, sugarcane and vegetable juices, cold-pressed bottles and juice concentrates, from small presses and bottlers. GullySales works on how a juice is described, how cold-pressed and shelf-stable bottles are sold differently, and how a household order becomes a regular one.

A buyer also reads the label with suspicion. Is it from concentrate, is there sugar added, what is the fruit content? Questions about what is in the bottle have to be answered on the page without claims the label cannot back.

Last updated 7 Oct 2026. Product, labelling and advertising rules for beverages differ by product and change. We describe them in general terms, so check the current position with your own adviser or the regulator before you publish a claim.

Who it is for

This is written for you if you sell juices online.

  • Cold-pressed juice brands delivering in a few cities
  • Packaged juice and tender coconut water brands selling cases
  • Sugarcane, amla, aloe and vegetable juice makers selling bottles
  • Fruit processors selling pulp, concentrates or juices to cafes and hotels

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • A seller without a cold chain who wants to sell fresh-pressed juice beyond the city
  • A brand that wants to use health or detox claims. We do not write them, and the regulator controls them.

How buyers choose

What decides the sale of juices.

  1. Fruit content and what else is in it

All fruit, from concentrate, no added sugar, pulp or without. Buyers read these lines. What the label may say about them is a question for your adviser.

  2. Fresh or shelf-stable

A cold-pressed bottle lasts a short time and needs a fridge. A packed juice sits in a cupboard. The buyer wants to know which one is coming and how long it lasts after opening.

  3. Flavour and the fruit used

Mango, guava, pomegranate, mixed fruit, tender coconut, amla. Buyers search by fruit, and by season for the fruit they know is best then.

  4. Bottle size and pack

A single serving, a litre or a case. Buyers compare the price per hundred millilitres and the weight of delivery.

Where sales are lost

What usually goes wrong when you sell juices online.

In the words sellers use on the first call.

  • “Customers pause the subscription after one bottle”

Fresh juice is bought on enthusiasm, and enthusiasm fades. A mixed first box, an easy way to change flavours and a follow-up after the first delivery keep the buyer.

  • “Shelf-stable juices look the same on a marketplace”

Dozens of listings with the same fruit photograph compete on price. The pack, the fruit source and the way it is made are the only difference a buyer can see.

  • “Bottles arrive leaking or warm”

A leak ruins the box, and warm cold-pressed juice is unusable. Packing, ice and the carrier choice are part of what the page promises.

What we do

What you get for juices.

Each deliverable and what it is there to change.

  1. A juice label and ingredient table

Each product's fruit, preservatives and storage, in one table matched to the label and checked with your adviser.

  2. A cold-chain delivery description

How fresh bottles are chilled, packed and delivered, in a section on the page and a card in the box.

  3. A trial box specification

A first order of mixed flavours at a price that covers delivery, with a way to swap what is not liked.

  4. A business supply page

Volume bands, pack options and a form for cafes, hotels and caterers.

How the result is measured

  • Purchases
  • Conversion rate
  • Customer acquisition cost
  • Repeat purchase rate
  • Return rate
  • Leak and condition complaints

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Free audit call

90 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. After the call

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come with it, in writing.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

What we need from you

What to have ready before the audit call.

None of it has to be tidy. We read what you have.

  • Your juices, pack sizes and prices
  • How each is made, stored and delivered
  • Orders by city and repeat buyers
  • Complaints about leaks, taste or delivery condition
  • Your store and marketplace listings

Selling in India and abroad

Selling juices beyond your own market.

Where you sell decides sizes, units, seasons and returns. We work from Bengaluru and have no overseas office, so for a new country we start from your own sales and the platforms you already use.

  1. Fresh juice does not leave the city

A cold-pressed bottle has a short life and needs a chain overseas buyers do not have. Packaged juice, pulp and concentrate move through importers.

  2. Pulp and concentrate as a trade sale

Mango pulp and similar products are sold abroad through traders, with labelling and import rules confirmed with your adviser. The first step is to see which countries already enquire.

FAQ

Questions about selling juices online.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can I say my juice is natural or has no preservatives?
Only if it matches the label and the rules for such statements. What a juice may be called is regulated, and your adviser can tell you which words apply. We describe the fruit and the process, and use the label's own words.
How do I deliver cold-pressed juice outside my area?
Probably not at all, until a cold chain you can trust is in place. Start with the areas a rider can reach in a short time, and grow when the bottles arrive cold. We map which pincodes make sense.
Should I sell juice by subscription?
For fresh juice, yes, because supply can be planned. Offer a trial box, allow flavour changes and follow up after the first delivery. We check your capacity before we plan one.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after the audit, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile are the quickest to show, because the enquiries already exist. Ads can follow soon after follow-up is in place. SEO and content take longer. How long each takes depends on your business, and the audit tells you which applies to you. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 90 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the review meetings.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.
