GullySales

Electronics and appliance stores · Branding

Your board carries six manufacturer logos and none of them is yours.

A multi-brand store's identity is what a family says when a neighbour asks where they bought the fridge. GullySales settles what your shop stands for, then puts it on the board, the van, the invoice folder and the way the fitter leaves a house.

A sign-painter's bench: a shop sign on a low easel lettered as far as its last character, which is still only pencilled in, a mahl stick laid across the work, open tins of paint on the floor and a finished sign hanging from its iron bracket above

What branding means

Branding is what a customer remembers about your business beyond the product, including your name, colours, tone of voice and what you are known for locally. GullySales sets or corrects this once and applies it consistently across your website, signage and adverts so the business looks like one company everywhere.

For electronics and appliance stores

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • Manufacturer boards are not your signage

Every brand supplies a board and the front becomes a wall of other people's logos. One name, lit and readable from the road, is what gets repeated to a neighbour.

  • The fitter is the brand

Shoes off, the old machine carried out, the packing taken away and the remote explained to whoever will use it. That is what gets described in the apartment group, not your offer.

  • Decide what you refuse to be

A shop promising to beat every online price is racing a warehouse and will lose. Standing for next-day fitting, honest exchange values and a phone that gets answered is defensible.

  • The invoice folder outlives the advertisement

Warranty cards and the installation slip stay in a kitchen drawer for years. A clean folder with your name and the service numbers on it is read long after a campaign is forgotten.

What we do

What we deliver for electronics and appliance stores.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. The shopfront decided and lit

One legible name board, manufacturer boards placed where their agreements require, and lighting still working at nine in the evening.

Result: People can find and name your shop from the road.

  2. What the shop stands for, in one line

The promise your counter and your fitters can keep every day, agreed with you, rather than a slogan about prices you cannot hold.

Result: Everyone in the shop says the same thing.

  3. The van and the fitting team kitted out

Vehicle livery, shirts, shoe covers, a tool mat and a printed installation slip, so the household sees the shop that sold them the machine.

Result: The home visit becomes something worth describing.

  4. A customer folder that stays in the house

Invoice, warranty cards, installation slip and the numbers to call, in one printed folder kept in the kitchen drawer.

Result: Your name is in the house when the next machine is needed.

  5. One look across counter and screen

Colours, typeface and photographs used the same way on the board, the bill, the Maps profile and the WhatsApp display picture.

Result: The shop looks like one business wherever it is seen.

  6. A name checked before you extend it

Whether the name still works for the mobile counter, a service desk and a second branch, tested before it is painted on another wall.

Result: You do not repaint everything in two years.

How the result is measured

  • Recognition in customer feedback
  • Consistency across channels
  • Repeat enquiries by name

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for electronics and appliance stores

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at how enquiries arrive, how many walk-outs are recorded, how reviews read, and whether your billing data can show repeat households.

  2. 2

    Catch the walk-outs

A walk-out record and WhatsApp follow-up the floor staff actually use, plus a peak season call routine.

  3. 3

    Build the household record

Past purchases and warranties organised by household so the store can call at the right time.

  4. 4

    Bring buyers in

Maps, local search and season-timed campaigns for ACs, TVs and festival upgrades.

  5. 5

    Bring them back

Warranty and exchange reminders, and a review request after each installation.

Proof

What happened when owners fixed this.

Real clients, the work we did, and the result as it was recorded. Where no number was recorded, none is claimed.

  • France Fox

    Situation
Eco claims are common enough in menswear that buyers discount them on sight. France Fox had a real production story and nowhere to set it out, which is the wrong way round.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Does a small store need a logo?
It needs a name people can read and repeat, on the board, the van and the bill. A logo is one part of that. Spend first on a front that is legible and lit after dark, because that is the sign most buyers actually see.
The brands want their colours on our shopfront. How much do we give?
Give what their agreements require and keep the top of the board for your own name. Most manufacturer schemes set where their branding goes and leave the rest of the front to you. Read the agreement before the painter starts.
How can a local store compete with online prices?
By winning on the demo and on installation you stand behind, which an app cannot match. Then follow up with every family that leaves, because a call often brings them back.
Can you help us get more AC sales in summer?
Yes, mostly by starting earlier. Messages to past buyers from February, and a call routine that books installation slots, spread the April rush over more weeks.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
