Electronics and appliance stores · Social media

The demo video does the work the shop floor used to do alone.

Social media for an appliance store is a demonstration on video: the chimney suction, the washing machine cycle, what two star ratings do to a bill. GullySales plans a week of short videos your floor staff can shoot, keeps the messages in one inbox, and buys reach only around the delivery area.

A community noticeboard under a small pitched roof, posters layered four deep, with a fresh notice just pinned over the corner of an older one

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For electronics and appliance stores

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • Views from other states are worth nothing here

A reel about a washing machine travels, and the messages arrive from cities your van will never reach. Name the locality in the caption and keep paid reach inside the delivery radius.

  • Your staff shoot this better than a crew

The person who demonstrates a chimney twenty times a week already knows which question comes next. A phone on a stand at the demo wall beats a hired crew visiting once a quarter.

  • Apartment groups carry more weight than any post

One resident describing a fitting done well reaches four hundred families in an evening. Ask a pleased household, with their permission, to say where they bought it when the question comes up.

  • The comment asking the price is the enquiry

Most orders from social begin with somebody asking how much under a video. Answer in the message with the fitting date and the exchange figure, and write the number in the enquiry book.

What we do

What we deliver for electronics and appliance stores.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A shooting plan the floor can follow

Which demonstrations to record each week, where to stand at the demo wall and how long each clip runs, written so a salesperson can shoot it between customers.

Result: Video keeps appearing without hiring anybody.

  2. Captions that name the area and the offer

The locality, the delivery promise and the scheme end date in every caption, with the enquiry number in the profile.

Result: Viewers nearby understand the shop is theirs.

  3. Paid reach kept inside the van's radius

Boosts limited to the pin codes you deliver to, with a small budget behind the two or three clips that already earned attention.

Result: You pay to reach families who can actually buy.

  4. One inbox for comments and messages

Direct messages, comments and status replies worked from a single phone with saved answers for price, stock and fitting questions.

Result: Nobody's question sits unanswered for two days.

  5. A consent routine for customer footage

Written permission before a household, a home or a new kitchen appears in a clip, with a copy kept on file.

Result: You can use the footage without an argument later.

  6. A monthly count of enquiries, not views

Messages, saved posts and calls from social traced into the enquiry book and read against bills beside the baseline.

Result: The channel is judged on machines sold.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for electronics and appliance stores

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at how enquiries arrive, how many walk-outs are recorded, how reviews read, and whether your billing data can show repeat households.

  2. 2

    Catch the walk-outs

A walk-out record and WhatsApp follow-up the floor staff actually use, plus a peak season call routine.

  3. 3

    Build the household record

Past purchases and warranties organised by household so the store can call at the right time.

  4. 4

    Bring buyers in

Maps, local search and season-timed campaigns for ACs, TVs and festival upgrades.

  5. 5

    Bring them back

Warranty and exchange reminders, and a review request after each installation.

Proof

What happened when owners fixed this.

Real clients, the work we did, and the result as it was recorded. Where no number was recorded, none is claimed.

  • France Fox

    Situation
Eco claims are common enough in menswear that buyers discount them on sight. France Fox had a real production story and nowhere to set it out, which is the wrong way round.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we put prices in the video?
Show the offer rather than a figure you will have to defend. Schemes change mid-month and manufacturers set what may be advertised, so a price on a reel ages badly. Give the number in a message instead.
Reels or WhatsApp status?
Both, for different people. Status reaches the households already in your phone and brings replies the same evening. Reels reach new families nearby, but only with a location in the caption and paid reach around the shop.
How can a local store compete with online prices?
By winning on the demo and on installation you stand behind, which an app cannot match. Then follow up with every family that leaves, because a call often brings them back.
Can you help us get more AC sales in summer?
Yes, mostly by starting earlier. Messages to past buyers from February, and a call routine that books installation slots, spread the April rush over more weeks.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
