Electronics and appliance stores · Local SEO

Maps decides who gets the call when an air conditioner dies at noon.

Local SEO puts your store in the Maps results a family checks before driving out on a Sunday evening. For an appliance dealer that means the right categories, photographs of the floor, and hours that hold through the season, which GullySales sets up and keeps answered.

A market cross in a small town square: a stepped stone cross of four worn tiers standing in a ring of cobbles, a coil of stall rope left on the bottom step, a chalk pitch marked out on the stones and a chalk arrow pointing in from the nearest lane

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

For electronics and appliance stores

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • Hours are the field that quietly costs money

Maps showing you closed at seven, when the shutter is up until nine, sends the evening buyer to somebody else. Festival timings and the Sunday you stay open have to go in before the week starts.

  • Photographs of the floor, not the facade

People open Maps to judge whether the model is likely to be there. Pictures of the rows of machines, the demo wall and the billing counter do more than a picture of the signboard.

  • Strangers answer the questions on your listing

Anyone can reply to a question on your profile, and a wrong answer about a brand or a warranty sits there for years. Post the common questions yourself and answer them properly.

  • The godown is not a second shop

A pin on the warehouse splits your reviews and sends customers to a shuttered gate. Only the place a buyer can walk into belongs on the map.

What we do

What we deliver for electronics and appliance stores.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Categories set to what you sell

A primary category matching the main business and secondary ones for appliances, televisions and mobile phones, without the repair categories that bring service calls.

Result: The listing is shown to buyers rather than to repair traffic.

  2. Photographs taken on the floor

The rows of machines, the demo wall, the billing counter, the delivery van and the staff, refreshed when the range changes.

Result: A family can see the shop is worth the drive.

  3. Hours kept ahead of the season

Festival timings, the weekly closing day and the extended evenings loaded in advance, with public holidays entered before they arrive.

Result: Nobody is turned away by a listing that says closed.

  4. Questions answered by the shop

The questions people keep asking about brands, EMI, delivery charges and fitting, posted and answered on the profile by your team rather than by a passer-by.

Result: Wrong answers stop sitting on your listing.

  5. Posts timed to the offer weeks

Short Maps posts for the season offer, the exchange scheme and new stock, put up in the weeks the enquiries are there anyway.

Result: The listing shows a shop that is trading now.

  6. Calls from the listing counted

Calls and direction requests from the profile recorded each month against the baseline, with the counter asking new customers what brought them in.

Result: You can see what Maps is worth to the shop.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for electronics and appliance stores

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at how enquiries arrive, how many walk-outs are recorded, how reviews read, and whether your billing data can show repeat households.

  2. 2

    Catch the walk-outs

A walk-out record and WhatsApp follow-up the floor staff actually use, plus a peak season call routine.

  3. 3

    Build the household record

Past purchases and warranties organised by household so the store can call at the right time.

  4. 4

    Bring buyers in

Maps, local search and season-timed campaigns for ACs, TVs and festival upgrades.

  5. 5

    Bring them back

Warranty and exchange reminders, and a review request after each installation.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we put every brand we sell in the listing?
Name them in the products and the description, and keep the categories to what you really are. It helps the search that begins with a brand and a locality. Stuffing brand names into the business name gets the listing suspended.
Does the shop need to open on Sunday to rank well?
Ranking does not turn on it, but the calls do. Sunday evening is when families drive out to look at a television, and a listing that says closed hands the visit to the next shop.
How can a local store compete with online prices?
By winning on the demo and on installation you stand behind, which an app cannot match. Then follow up with every family that leaves, because a call often brings them back.
Can you help us get more AC sales in summer?
Yes, mostly by starting earlier. Messages to past buyers from February, and a call routine that books installation slots, spread the April rush over more weeks.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
