Life insurance agencies · Digital marketing

Join search, WhatsApp and referrals into one path from first question to paid renewal.

Digital marketing for a life insurance agency is the combined use of search, a website, WhatsApp, social media and ads to bring in families and keep their policies in force. GullySales chooses the channels that suit your book, then connects them to one list and one set of numbers.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

Life insurance advisors: show a real physical business scene illustrating Premium due calendar. List every policy by due date and mode, with reminders on WhatsApp and SMS before the date and again inside the grace period.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For life insurance agencies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Clicks are not the number that pays”

An ad that brings visits but no proposals costs money. An agency lives on proposals issued and policies still paid after the first renewal. Measure from the enquiry to those, not from the ad to the click.

  • “Channels work as a chain”

A parent finds an explainer through search, messages the agency's WhatsApp for the checklist and calls when ready. Treating each channel alone hides that link, so the agency may fund the wrong one and starve the one that did the work.

  • “A small agency needs fewer channels done well”

Three advisers cannot feed five platforms with fresh material. Pick the channels where your clients already are, such as search and WhatsApp, and do those properly before adding another, so none of them sits stale and unanswered.

  • “Advertising rules shape every ad”

Ads for insurance fall under the regulator's and each insurer's rules, and the ad platforms add their own. Draft copy with an approval step built in, so nothing runs that your compliance contact has not read.

What we do

What we deliver for life insurance agencies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A channel plan for your book

A short written plan saying which channels to use, which to leave, and why, based on where your past proposals came from.

Result: A plan you can read in one sitting and challenge.

  2. Ads written for approval

Search and social ad copy drafted within your insurer's rules and sent for sign-off before launch.

Result: Nothing runs without your yes.

  3. Landing pages for each campaign

A page for each campaign, such as the March tax-saving season or new parents, ending in the same needs form.

Result: A campaign page matched to its ad.

  4. Tracking from enquiry to renewal

Each enquiry is tagged by source and followed through proposal, issue and first renewal in the register.

Result: The numbers show which source brings policies that stay.

  5. A written starting position

Your current numbers on enquiries, proposals and renewals recorded before work begins.

Result: A baseline to compare later figures against.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

What budget does an agency need for ads?
There is no fixed figure we can give you. It depends on the town, the cover you sell and what a policy is worth to the agency over its life. We start small, agree what to count, and decide together whether to spend more.
Is digital enough or do we still need referrals?
Referrals stay the strongest source for an agency with a long-standing book, so keep them. Digital work adds a second route and gives referred families a place to check you before they call. The two support each other.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
