Microfinance companies · Content marketing

Publish the explanations a borrower's family reads before signing anything.

Content marketing for a microfinance company means writing and recording the plain answers a household, a group leader or a recruit looks for. GullySales produces them in the district's language, with your field staff checking the words and your compliance head clearing the content.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

Microfinance institutions: show a real physical business scene illustrating Members, groups and centres. Record each member inside her group and centre, so member dues and the group total are worked from identical entries and never adjusted by hand.

What content marketing means

Content marketing is writing articles, guides and pages that answer the questions buyers search before they are ready to enquire. This makes your business visible and trusted before the first call. GullySales plans this content from the first conversation onward, choosing topics that match real search demand rather than guesses.

For microfinance companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Terms explained once are forgotten”

The instalment, fee and insurance are spoken at the meeting and fade by the next meeting. A printed sheet or a short voice note in the home language gives the household something to check against.

  • “Money habits are the content borrowers use”

Guides on keeping a simple daily account for a tiny shop or dairy are read. A guide that avoids pushing a loan builds more goodwill than another product leaflet.

  • “Video must suit shared phones”

A short clip played at a group meeting or sent on WhatsApp works where a long article does not. It needs captions and a voice in the local dialect, and a person known to the group.

What we do

What we deliver for microfinance companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Product explainer sheets

One sheet per loan in the district language covering instalment, fee, insurance and the grievance route.

Result: Households keep a clear record of what was explained.

  2. Simple account-keeping guide

A one-page guide to recording daily income and expenses for a small business.

Result: A borrower has a tool that is useful without a loan.

  3. Short voice or video explainers

Brief clips for group meetings, voiced by staff known in the district.

Result: The meeting shows the same explanation to every group.

  4. Hiring and day-in-the-field stories

Articles and clips about the officer's role, with consent from staff.

Result: Applicants understand the job before applying.

  5. Content calendar and review path

A list of topics with a clear route through your field staff and compliance head.

Result: Everything published has been read by the right people.

How the result is measured

  • Pages published
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from content pages

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the content marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm the plan

Topics and formats for the coming month are confirmed against the content strategy.

  2. 2

    Produce and review

Content is written or filmed, then reviewed by someone who knows your trade before it goes out.

  3. 3

    Publish and distribute

Finished content is published to the site and pushed through the channels your buyers actually use.

  4. 4

    Track enquiries

Enquiries are traced back to content where a direct line exists, and reported honestly where it does not.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

We report results and adjust the next topics based on what actually worked.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we publish borrower success stories?
Only with the borrower's written consent and your compliance head's approval, leaving out amounts and details that identify a household. Success claims about income are not written.
Who writes in the local language?
A writer drafts, and your field staff correct the words borrowers actually use. Language is checked by the people who speak it daily at the meeting.
Does content help if borrowers cannot read?
Voice and video can. Print still serves the family member who reads aloud to the group. Choose the format from how your groups actually receive information.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
