Microfinance companies · Website

Build a website that a borrower's family, a regulator and a recruit can all trust.

A website for a microfinance company is the page where a family checks the lender is real, where a recruit reads about the job and where a complaint can start. GullySales designs it for low-end phones, local languages and the disclosures your policy requires.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

Microfinance institutions: show a real physical business scene illustrating Members, groups and centres. Record each member inside her group and centre, so member dues and the group total are worked from identical entries and never adjusted by hand.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

Last updated 18 Oct 2026. Rules for this trade differ by state and professional body, and they change. We describe restrictions in general terms, so check the current position with your own council or adviser before you publish anything.

For microfinance companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “It is the first place to verify the company”

A family hearing the name at a meeting looks for the registered name, the head office, the branches and the grievance route. Missing details look like a lender with something to hide.

  • “The visitor may read slowly and in another language”

A site written in dense English fails the borrower's daughter and the group leader. Simple sentences and a language switch matter more than animation.

  • “Disclosures belong where they are seen”

Regulatory information, fair-practice statements and the complaint route must be easy to find. Burying them in a footer is a poor habit that your compliance head will want corrected.

What we do

What we deliver for microfinance companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Page plan and structure

A short plan covering who we are, products, branches, careers, grievance and contact.

Result: Every visitor type finds their page.

  2. Mobile and low-bandwidth build

A light site that loads on a basic phone and a weak connection.

Result: The page opens where borrowers actually use it.

  3. Local-language pages

Core pages in the districts' languages, with the words checked by your field staff.

Result: Households read the company's terms in their own language.

  4. Disclosure and grievance placement

The statements and complaint route your policy requires, placed prominently as your compliance head directs.

Result: A visitor finds how to complain without searching.

  5. Careers section

A section with district vacancies and the real description of field work.

Result: Applicants understand the job and know how to apply.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

What must the website state?
What your regulator and your own policy require, in the wording your compliance head approves. GullySales builds the places for it. It does not draft legal statements or rate claims.
Can borrowers apply for a loan on the site?
Only if your process supports it. Most group loans start with a visit, so the site invites contact and explains the steps instead of promising approval.
Who updates the site?
A named person at head office, with branch managers sending changes to addresses and vacancies. A site with old branch details harms trust more than a small, correct one.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
