Gold loan and NBFC lenders · Local SEO

When someone nearby searches gold loan near me, the open branch should be yours.

Local SEO for a gold loan or NBFC lender decides which branches appear on Google Maps when a borrower nearby searches, and whether the listing sends them to the right door. GullySales cleans up every branch listing, removes duplicates and keeps hours, numbers and photographs true to the branch.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

For gold loan and NBFC lenders

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Fake helpline numbers sit on lender listings”

Fraudsters suggest edits to lender listings and slip in their own number as customer care, and borrowers lose money to them. A lender that never checks its listings hears about it from the victim.

  • “A shifted branch leaves its ghost on the map”

Branches move to a bigger shop or a better road. The old pin stays, collects reviews about a locked shutter and sends walk-ins to the wrong street.

  • “The name on the board is the name on the map”

Adding gold loan, lowest rate and the town to a listing name breaks Google's rules and gets listings suspended. Relevance comes from the category, the services and the reviews.

What we do

What we deliver for gold loan and NBFC lenders.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Every branch listing claimed and owned centrally

One listing per branch, owned by the company account, with the branch manager given manager access and no former employee holding ownership.

Result: A departing employee does not walk off with a listing.

  2. Duplicates, old pins and closed branches sorted

Shifted branches marked as moved, closed branches marked closed, and duplicate listings reported through Google's own process.

Result: Borrowers stop arriving at a locked shutter.

  3. A check of the number on every listing

Phone number, website link and name compared with a master sheet, and any outsider's suggested edit reviewed and rejected where it is wrong.

Result: A fake helpline number is caught before a borrower dials it.

  4. Categories and services set per branch

The primary category chosen to match what the branch does, gold loans, vehicle loans or both listed as services, and parking or step-free access marked where true.

Result: The listing shows up for what the branch can actually disburse.

  5. Branch photographs that show the counter and the board

The shopfront from the road with the signboard readable, the entrance, the waiting area and the rate board, replaced whenever the branch is refitted.

Result: A first-time borrower recognises the door from the street.

  6. Maps calls and direction requests by branch

Calls, direction requests and website clicks from each listing counted per branch, against the baseline taken before the work starts.

Result: You can see which branches the map is feeding.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

What Google weighs here

How a borrower nearby finds a gold loan branch on the map, and what to fix first.

Relevance: category and services
Pick the primary category that matches the branch's main business and list gold loans, vehicle loans or business loans as services. Leave out products the branch cannot disburse.
Distance: the pin on the right shop
Drag the pin to the actual entrance, not the middle of the market. Borrowers on foot follow the pin, and a wrong one sends them to the shop next door.
Prominence: reviews and branch activity
Recent reviews, replies, photographs and answered questions all count. A branch that has been silent on its listing for years sits below one that is looked after.
Name, address and phone everywhere
Match the branch name, address and number on Maps, JustDial, the website branch page and the pamphlet. A different landline in each place splits the signal and confuses callers.
Hours that match the counter
List the hours the appraiser is present, not the hours the shutter is up. Mark festival holidays and shandy-day changes before the day, not after the complaints.
Edits suggested by outsiders
Look at every listing for suggested changes to the phone number or website and reject any you did not make. Lender listings are a favourite target for fake helplines.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the local SEO work runs

  1. 1

    Audit every listing

We check the Google Business Profile and directory listings for every branch against what should actually be shown.

  2. 2

    Complete and correct

Profiles are filled in fully and inconsistent details are corrected across every directory found.

  3. 3

    Build location pages

Each branch gets a page written for its own area, not a copy of the head office page with the address changed.

  4. 4

    Set up review handling

A simple process for requesting and responding to reviews is put in place with whoever is closest to the customer.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

Map actions and enquiries per branch are reported, and branches falling behind are prioritised the next month.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Our doorstep gold loan team has no branch. Can it have a listing?
Only as a service-area listing with the address hidden, and only if the team truly serves borrowers at home. Do not create listings at staff homes or rented boxes to widen coverage. Check Google's current guidelines before setting it up.
Our branch shares a building with a jewellery shop. Is that a problem?
It confuses the map and the borrower if the two listings blur. Give the branch its own floor or shop number in the address, its own signboard photograph and its own number, and check the jeweller's listing does not carry yours.
Someone has listed our name with a different phone number. What do we do?
Report it through Google's process at once, tell borrowers on your own listings and website which numbers are genuine, and keep a record. If anyone has lost money, it is a police matter as well as a listing problem.
Should the listing carry the branch landline or a mobile?
A number answered in branch hours that stays with the branch when staff change. A company-owned mobile with WhatsApp suits many branches. A personal number leaves with the employee, and the listing then sends calls to a stranger.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
