Gold loan and NBFC lenders · Digital marketing

Fix the branch listings and the reminder calls before buying a single ad.

Digital marketing for a gold loan or NBFC lender is the order in which the online pieces get built: Maps listings, scheme pages, WhatsApp reminders and only then advertising. GullySales sets that order from your branch records and runs it inside your compliance rules.

A 90-minute audit call and a written, scored report. Turnaround, reporting and term are agreed in writing after the audit.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For gold loan and NBFC lenders

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Head office runs ads while branches miss calls”

A campaign that drives calls to a branch where nobody picks up during an appraisal buys enquiries for the lender across the road.

  • “Your past borrower list costs almost nothing”

The loan system holds every borrower who closed cleanly, with a mobile number and the season they borrowed in. Reaching them with consent is cheaper than any new ad.

  • “You will not outspend the national names”

The large gold loan companies buy television and cricket. A regional lender wins on the nearest branch, the local language and the call before the due date, which television cannot do.

What we do

What we deliver for gold loan and NBFC lenders.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A written order of work by branch

Which branches get listing work first, which need reminders and which justify advertising, decided from their own enquiry and pledge records.

Result: Effort goes where a branch is losing borrowers.

  2. One record of enquiries across channels

Calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, Maps and website enquiries entered in one place with the branch and the source, in a shared sheet or your loan system.

Result: Head office and the branches look at the same numbers.

  3. A sign-off form for marketing copy

A short form for every pamphlet, post and ad showing the claim, the rate wording and the approver, filed with the final version.

Result: Copy moves through compliance without getting lost in email.

  4. Social pages that answer rather than boast

Facebook and Instagram pages per region with branch details, scheme explainers and a routine for replying to comments and messages, with no rate promises.

Result: A borrower who checks you on social media finds a lender that replies.

  5. A seasonal calendar per region

Sowing, school reopening, harvest, festival and wedding months marked for each region, with the message and the channel for each set in advance.

Result: Campaigns start before the need, not after it.

  6. Results by branch against the baseline

Enquiries, pledges, renewals and returning borrowers counted per branch and source, against the baseline recorded at the audit.

Result: You can drop the channel that brings calls but no pledges.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Where to start for a lender

Start with the branch a borrower can walk into and the borrowers you already have.

Google Business Profile for every branch
First job: claim, correct and verify every branch listing. Record calls and direction requests per branch from the profile so you can see which branches the map feeds.
The past borrower list
Export closed and active loans with mobile, branch and consent status. Start a renewal and return-call routine, and note each outcome against the loan.
A page per scheme and per branch
Write the scheme and branch pages in the regional language, with compliance approving each. Record the calls and form enquiries every page brings.
WhatsApp Business for reminders and replies
Set it up once consent is captured at pledge time. Record who replied, who paid on time after a reminder and who asked to stop.
Search ads around busy branches
A small test on gold loan near me and takeover searches, with a reference code the branch writes down at pledge. Stop any town where the code never appears.
What to leave until later
Celebrity videos, influencer reels about instant cash, app install campaigns and bulk SMS blasts. They cost heavily, invite compliance trouble and arrive before the branches are ready to answer.

Who it is for

This is written for these gold loan and NBFC lenders.

  • Gold loan NBFCs with a regional branch network
  • Single-branch and family-run gold loan companies
  • Licensed pawnbrokers and money lenders
  • Nidhi companies lending to their members
  • Credit cooperatives and souharda societies offering jewel loans

  • Microfinance lenders working with women's groups

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Free audit call

90 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. After the call

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come with it, in writing.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the work runs for gold loan and NBFC lenders

  1. 1

    Assess

In the free audit we trace how last season's pledges arrived, by branch and by source, and look at how many due dates passed without a call and how many closed borrowers never returned.

  2. 2

    Fix the branch front door

Maps listings, phone numbers that someone answers, a rate board and a scheme sheet the counter staff use, branch by branch.

  3. 3

Set the reminder and release routine

Due-date calls, renewal offers and the after-closure call written down, with who makes each one and what gets recorded.

  4. 4

    Run the seasons

Campaigns timed to sowing, school fees, harvest and the festival months, with wording your compliance officer approved before the season starts.

  5. 5

    Measure by branch

Enquiries, new pledges, renewals and returning borrowers counted per branch against the baseline, so the branch that needs help is visible to head office.

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we do this in house or use an agency?
Keep borrower contact, reminders and the loan records in house, since they need your staff and carry your compliance duty. An agency is useful for listings, pages, ads and measurement. Whoever drafts the copy, your compliance officer approves it.
Our budget is small. Which channel comes first?
The Maps listings for every branch, then a reminder routine for existing borrowers. Both cost little and reach people already close to a branch. Search ads come later, once the branch phones are answered and pledges can be traced.
How do we tell which channel brought a pledge?
Ask every new borrower at the counter how they heard of you, from a short list, and write it in the loan entry. Match ad and Maps calls against new loan mobile numbers. After a season the register shows which sources pledge and which only ring.
Should ads and Maps work run at the same time?
Yes, once the listings are clean. Ads cover towns where you do not yet show on the map, and the map does the rest without a click cost. Cut the ads where a branch already appears near the top and its phone is answered.
Can we advertise our gold loan amount per gram?
Yes, if the figure is current and its conditions travel with it. The amount per gram moves with the gold price, so a printed hoarding goes stale. Put the live figure on the branch board and in Maps posts, and have your compliance officer approve how rates and charges are shown.
Will your team speak to our borrowers about their loans?
No. We write the reminder wording, set up the call lists and the records, and train your staff. Any conversation about a borrower's loan, the appraisal or the amount stays with your branch team, because the licence and the relationship are yours.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after the audit, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile are the quickest to show, because the enquiries already exist. Ads can follow soon after follow-up is in place. SEO and content take longer. How long each takes depends on your business, and the audit tells you which applies to you. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 90 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the review meetings.
