Orthopaedic hospitals · Website

Build a site where a family finds the surgeon, the procedure and the number in a tap.

A website for an orthopaedic hospital is the set of procedure pages, surgeon profiles, trauma details and booking routes a family uses to decide. GullySales plans the structure with your team and builds pages that read easily on a phone.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

Orthopaedic hospitals and clinics: show a real physical business scene illustrating Fracture clinic and casualty record. Register trauma cases with the injury, X-ray orders, the plaster or splint applied and the decision to treat or admit, all on the patient’s record.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

Last updated 18 Oct 2026. Rules for this trade differ by state and professional body, and they change. We describe restrictions in general terms, so check the current position with your own council or adviser before you publish anything.

For orthopaedic hospitals

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The building photograph takes the front page”

A homepage led by a picture of the hospital block tells a family nothing about their knee. The first screen should name the problems the hospital treats and offer the trauma number and a booking button.

  • “The trauma number is buried”

A relative at the roadside has one thing to find. If the casualty number sits three menus deep, they give up and call whichever hospital the ambulance driver names.

  • “Surgeon pages are thin or missing”

A family looks for the surgeon's training, the procedures performed and how to book. A page with only a name and a photograph does not answer them, and an old-style PDF of qualifications is no better.

  • “Older readers need larger text”

The people reading about a hip replacement are in their sixties or seventies, or are reading for a parent. Small grey text, tiny buttons and pop-ups that cover the page turn them away.

What we do

What we deliver for orthopaedic hospitals.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Site structure

A map of pages: procedures, symptoms, surgeons, trauma, rehabilitation, estimates and contact.

Result: A page map the administrator can approve before any building.

  2. Procedure and surgeon pages

One page for each procedure and one for each surgeon, written with them and checked by them.

Result: Every page names a surgeon and a booking route.

  3. Trauma and casualty page

The casualty number, the gate, night opening and what the hospital receives, placed so it can be reached in a tap.

Result: The number appears on every page.

  4. Booking and estimate forms

Short forms for a consultation and an estimate request, built for a phone, with consent wording for contact.

Result: A form that arrives in the CRM with its source attached.

  5. Readable, light pages

Large text, clear buttons, light loading and a layout that works on a small screen.

Result: The pages can be checked on the owner's own phone.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

Your brief

Tell us what you need, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Can we reuse our current site and add pages?
Sometimes. We first look at what you have: the structure, the speed and what it says. If the base is sound we add the missing pages. If not, we say so and explain what a rebuild covers.
Can we show our theatre and equipment?
Yes, as plain photographs of the hospital as it is. Pictures of patients need their written consent, and your own adviser decides whether and how they may appear under the advertising rules.
Who writes the medical content on the site?
GullySales drafts in plain language from what your surgeons tell us, and each surgeon approves the page that carries their name. We add no clinical claims of our own.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
