Pulmonology clinics · Website

Build a clinic site that tells a worried family what you test and how to book.

A website for a chest clinic is the page a family reads after a search or a referral, to decide whether to ring. GullySales builds the structure, the symptom pages and the booking route so the site answers the questions a patient asks first.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

Last updated 18 Oct 2026. Rules for this trade differ by state and professional body, and they change. We describe restrictions in general terms, so check the current position with your own council or adviser before you publish anything.

For pulmonology clinics

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The first screen must say what the clinic tests”

A visitor with a cough wants to know within moments whether the clinic does a breathing test and how to book. A banner of generic health pictures answers neither, and sends the reader back to the results.

  • “The doctor's page is read before the booking page”

Families look at the qualification, the experience and the hospital the doctor sits at. State them plainly, with the registration details your council expects, and leave out claims of rank or superiority. Check the wording against your council's guidance before it goes live.

  • “A phone-first layout is the real layout”

Most visitors arrive on a phone, often on a weak signal. A call button, a WhatsApp link and a map in reach of the thumb matter more than a gallery. Test the site on an ordinary phone before it is called finished.

  • “Medical content needs a visible review line”

A page on asthma or TB should show that a named doctor reviewed it. That one line tells a reader and a search engine that the page is not written to sell. Add the date of review so a reader knows the page is kept current.

What we do

What we deliver for pulmonology clinics.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A clear home page

The doctor, the tests, the location and one booking route above everything else.

Result: A visitor sees what the clinic does on arrival.

  2. Symptom and test pages

Cough, breathlessness, wheeze, spirometry and sleep study, each ending in a way to book.

Result: Every reader can find a page that matches the worry.

  3. A doctor page and a visit page

Qualifications, timings, directions, parking and what to bring.

    Result: A patient arrives prepared.

  4. A booking route

A call button, a WhatsApp link and a short form, each answered by a named person.

Result: No enquiry lands on an unanswered form.

  5. A mobile and speed check

Layout, image weight and readability on an ordinary phone.

Result: A written list of what was found and fixed.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

Your brief

Tell us what you need, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need online appointment booking?
Not necessarily. A call button and a WhatsApp link, answered promptly, serve most clinics. Add online booking when the desk can keep the calendar current, since a booking that nobody confirms harms the clinic.
Can we put test prices on the site?
Check with your council or adviser, as rules on medical advertising differ by profession and state. Many clinics say that fees are given on a call. Whatever you decide, keep the website and the desk saying the same.
Should the site have a blog?
Only where a question has no page yet. A few reviewed guides on conditions and tests serve better than a stream of posts. Each should end in a way to book, and each should name its reviewing doctor.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
