Sleep study centres · Healthcare
Be the sleep lab that the referring doctor names when the slip says sleep study.
A physician sees a heavy, tired patient in the fifties, brought in by a wife who says the breathing stops at night. The physician writes sleep study on the slip and the patient asks where.
Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

In one paragraph
A sleep study centre runs overnight tests, called polysomnography, that find out why a patient snores, stops breathing or wakes unrested. Marketing makes the lab known to the pulmonologists, ENT surgeons, neurologists and physicians who refer, and to families who search. Sales is the booking, the bed and the follow-up. GullySales prepares the referrer sheet and the booking record.
The answer is the lab last used for someone else, or the one whose representative dropped in with a brochure and stayed to chat. Nothing else counts at that moment. If your centre is not in the physician's head, the patient goes elsewhere or does not go at all.
The test itself is awkward to sell. It means a night away from home, wires on the scalp and chest, and a technician watching from the next room. A patient can drop out between the slip and the booking. The centre has to explain the night in plain words and ring back the person who asked.

How buyers decide
How sleep study centres are chosen.
Most patients arrive with a referral from a pulmonologist, an ENT surgeon, a neurologist, a cardiologist or a family physician. That doctor picks the lab on three things: the sleep physician's report is clear enough to act on, the patient was not messed about at the front desk, and the results came back to the doctor and not only to the patient. Distance and the cost of the study matter, but a doctor who has had one bad report stops sending.
A smaller number book on their own. A spouse searches for snoring or sleep apnoea tests near me, reads two pages, and rings the centre. They want to know what the night involves, whether the patient can go home in the morning, what to bring, and the price. A centre that answers all four on the first call, and again on WhatsApp, is easy to book.
Treatment follows the study, and a centre linked to CPAP supply or an ENT or dental sleep clinic holds the patient longer. Corporate wellness teams, transport companies and employers with night-shift staff are a smaller route, and they choose on price per head and whether the lab can take a batch.
The problem
What usually goes wrong for sleep study centres.
What owners tell us on the first call, in their words.
“Doctors send us a patient or two and then forget us”
The referring physician has no reason to think of us on the day the next tired patient walks in. Nobody has visited since the launch.
“People ask the price on the phone and never book”
The front desk quotes a number and the call ends. Nobody explains the night, and nobody notes who rang.
“Our beds are empty on weekdays and full on Saturdays”
Patients prefer weekends and the roster is built around them, so the slots in between go unsold.
“Patients cancel the night before”
The fear of wires and a strange bed shows up at the last minute, and an empty bed is a night of rent and a technician's wages lost.
“We cannot tell which doctors actually send us patients”
Referrals are written on the intake sheet when someone remembers, so the list of who to visit is a guess.
“The report goes out and then the patient disappears”
A patient told to try CPAP never comes back for the titration or the review, and the referring doctor hears nothing.
What we do
What we do for sleep study centres.
Everything included for sleep study centres.
A page that explains the night
What happens from arrival to morning, what to bring, who watches the monitor, whether a family member can stay, and the price shown plainly. Written for a nervous spouse reading at midnight.
Pages for each reason someone searches
Snoring tests, sleep apnoea tests, tiredness in the day, restless legs, and a child who snores. Each says who should be tested and who should see a doctor first.
A one-page referrer sheet
What a sample report looks like, which studies you run, how to send a patient, and who to call. Anonymised and checked with your sleep physician.
A booking and callback routine
Every enquiry from phone, WhatsApp and the website recorded with a reason, a slot offered and a callback if the patient hesitates. A reminder routine before the night.
A referral log by doctor
A simple record of which doctor sent which study, kept with the intake sheet and shown on one view.
A post-study follow-up path
Message texts for the patient after the report, covering the CPAP trial and the review consult, plus a covering note that sends the report copy to the referring doctor.
How the result is measured
- Booked nights by source: search, doctor, WhatsApp, employer
- Callers who asked about the night against callers who booked it
- Cancellations and no-shows by weekday
- Studies referred by each doctor
- Patients who returned for CPAP titration or review
- Callback made against enquiry received
Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.
Every service, written for sleep study centres
Each has its own page: what it involves for sleep study centres, what you get, and what it is measured on.
- Lead generationFill the beds with patients who arrive with a slip and understand the night ahead.
- SEOWrite the pages a worried spouse finds when they type snoring, not polysomnography.
- Local SEOMake the lab easy to find on a map for a family that has to arrive at night.
- Social media marketingPost what the night looks like, so a nervous family stops guessing and starts asking.
- Content marketingPublish the explanations that a referring doctor can hand to a patient with a slip.
- Buyer personasWrite down who chooses the lab: the physician, the spouse or the employer.
- CRMKeep one record for every caller, from the first question to the review consult.
- Follow-up systemsCatch the caller who hesitated before the cold bed and the lost patient cost you.
- WhatsApp marketingAnswer the spouse at midnight and the physician at lunch, both on WhatsApp.
- Digital marketingPut search, maps, doctors and chat to work on one number, the nights booked.
- WebsiteBuild a site that explains the night, shows the price and takes the booking.
Worth a page and a campaign of their own
Overnight polysomnography · Home sleep apnoea testing · CPAP titration studies · Daytime nap tests for sleepiness · Paediatric sleep studies · Referral from pulmonologists and ENT surgeons · Screening for night-shift and driving jobs · Sleep physician reporting and follow-up consults
Priority campaigns
Campaigns for what sleep study centres most want to sell.
Each one planned around when your buyers decide, and measured against the baseline.
Spouse-facing snoring campaign
Search and Instagram ads aimed at people looking up snoring and breathing pauses, leading to the page that explains the night and offers a callback.
Pulmonologist and ENT visit programme
A visit list and WhatsApp message texts for chest physicians and ENT surgeons in your city, with the referrer sheet and a sample report.
Weekday bed-filling offer
A message to past enquiries and referrers about weekday slots, with the price shown. Any discount is checked first against the rules your medical council and state apply.
Night-shift and driver screening
A short proposal for logistics firms, bus operators and factories with night shifts, on screening drivers and operators who report drowsiness.
Paediatric snoring awareness
Plain-language content for parents on a child who snores, mouth-breathes or wets the bed, with a note to see a paediatrician first.
Beyond search
Where we reach buyers of sleep study centres, beyond Google.
Search matters, but it is rarely the only way this industry's buyers find a supplier.
Pulmonologists and chest physicians
A list by locality and hospital, with an introduction that carries a sample report and the studies you run.
ENT surgeons
A snorer is taken to an ENT surgeon, not to a sleep lab. The outreach explains your studies and what report goes back to the surgeon before an operation is planned.
Neurologists and psychiatrists
Doctors who see insomnia, restless legs and daytime sleepiness refer as well, so the referrer sheet gets a version written for them.
Dental sleep and bariatric clinics
Clinics treating snoring with oral devices or weight surgery may want a study before and after. The note covers when a study before and after treatment helps. Any commercial arrangement with a clinic is for you and your adviser to settle.
Employers with night work
A shortlist of logistics, BPO and manufacturing firms nearby, and a proposal written for their HR and safety heads.

Not for
It is not the right fit if.
- You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
- You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
- You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.
How it works
From your first message to the first report.
No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.
First
Your brief
You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.
After the brief
A conversation and a written scope
We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.
Before work starts
Baseline recorded
The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.
After the baseline
The first fix goes live
The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.
As agreed
Report against the baseline
What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.
At renewal
Renew on the numbers
The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.
How the work runs for sleep study centres
- 1
Count the beds and meet the sleep physician
We count the beds and technicians, meet the sleep physician, list the studies you run and ask who sends you patients today.
- 2
Fix the booking
Every enquiry lands in one place, with a slot rule and a callback for the caller who hesitates.
- 3
Write the night explained and the referrer sheet
The night explained from arrival to morning, one page per reason to test, and the one-page sheet a pulmonologist can read.
- 4
Reach referrers
Doctors get visit notes and WhatsApp texts, spouses get search ads, and each hears a different message.
- 5
Read the referral log
Which doctors, pages and ads the booked nights came from, so effort can move toward those sources.
Proof
What happened when owners fixed this.
Real clients, the work we did, and the result as it was recorded. Where no number was recorded, none is claimed.
Nanda Arthritis and Rheumatology Center
- Situation
- There was no website, so a patient looking for a rheumatologist had no way to learn about the centre. Enquiries were few, and the ones that arrived came by word of mouth.
- What we did
- A website for patients
- Search work
- Google Business and reviews
- Lead capture and advertising
- Result
- No numbers were recorded for this engagement. The work is described in full in the case study.

Why us
Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.
Marketing and sales, as one job
Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.
The person on the first call does the work
No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.
A baseline before anything starts
Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.
The fee in writing, split three ways
Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.
No guarantees we cannot keep
The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

Engagement options
Ways to work with us.
Pick the size of commitment that fits. Every option starts with your brief and a conversation.
Option 1
The conversation on its own
A call after you send your brief. It says honestly whether you need outside help, and many fixes are ones your own team can make.
Option 2
One fix, scoped
Start with the fix that matters most, such as reply time or follow-up. The fee is in writing before anything starts.
Option 3
An ongoing programme
We run the work, report against the baseline, and you renew on the numbers. The term and the reporting are agreed in writing first.
Option 4
Guidance for your own team or agency
We plan, brief and check the work of your in-house team or current agency, instead of replacing them.
