Hospitals · Local SEO
Be the hospital that appears when a family searches near them at midnight.
Local SEO for a hospital is the work of appearing in the Maps results and the nearby listings when a family looks for emergency care, a maternity ward or a named specialist close to home. GullySales works on the Google Business Profile, the department listings and the review flow behind those results.
Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What local SEO means
Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

For hospitals
Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.
“An emergency search is settled by distance and a number that rings”
A family in a crisis taps the nearest listing that shows as open and has a phone number. If the emergency line is missing from the profile, or the casualty entrance is pinned to the wrong gate, the call goes to the next hospital on the list.
“One building holds many listings that must agree”
A hospital is searched as a whole, as a maternity unit, as a dialysis centre and as a named doctor's clinic. Each needs consistent names, hours and phone lines, or Maps shows an outdated entry and the family walks into the wrong block.
“Visiting hours and OPD hours are different things”
The profile shows one set of hours, yet casualty never closes while a specialist sits only on certain days. Hours that blur the two send patients to a locked OPD or make the hospital look shut when it is open for emergencies.
“Reviews carry weight when the decision is about a loved one”
A family reads the newest reviews about wait times, the billing desk and how nurses spoke to them. A complaint left unanswered for months reads as indifference, and the reply is seen by every later reader.
What we do
What we deliver for hospitals.
Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.
A main profile with the emergency line and the right entrance
The hospital's profile set with its casualty number, a pin on the correct gate, the ambulance route and the services it actually offers.
Result: You can check that the listing opens the right gate and dials the right desk.
Separate listings for units that families search by name
Profiles for the maternity unit, dialysis, the fertility clinic or the day-care wing where a separate name, phone and hours exist, kept consistent with the main entry.
Result: A search for a unit lands on that unit and not a general reception.
Hours that separate casualty, OPD and visiting
Opening hours, special hours for holidays and a clear note on which department runs on which days, entered on each listing.
Result: A holiday evening search shows what is truly open.
Doctor and department names matched across directories
One spelling of every department and senior doctor on the profile, the website and the health directories the hospital already appears on.
Result: The same name and number appear wherever a family looks.
A review reply routine with a named owner
A short written reply to each review, kept free of any patient detail, with complaints about waiting or billing passed to the person who can resolve them.
Result: Each recent review has a reply in the hospital's own words.
A count of calls and direction requests by listing
The listing's own figures for calls, direction taps and website visits, set against a baseline recorded before the work began.
Result: You can see which listing sends people through the door.
How the result is measured
- Map pack ranking
- Local search visibility
- Enquiries by locality
Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.
Searches your buyers type
Match each search a family makes to the listing or page that answers it.
A hospital is searched by distance, by department and by named doctor. Each phrase needs its own landing place.
- Hospital with casualty near me
- The main profile, with the casualty number, the correct entrance pinned and the ambulance approach written in the description.
- Maternity hospital in my area
- A listing for the maternity unit if it has its own name and line, linked to a department page with the delivery suite, visiting rules and the doctors.
- Dialysis centre open on Sunday
- A unit listing with the days of operation entered as special hours, and the booking number that is answered on those days.
- Cashless hospital for mediclaim
- A plain page naming the insurers and TPAs on the panel, with the desk number and the documents a family should bring.
- Dr followed by a surname, orthopaedic surgeon
- The doctor page with qualification, department and days in OPD, spelled exactly as it is on the profile and the directories.
- Hospital visiting hours
- A short page that separates visiting time from OPD time and casualty, so a family does not arrive to a closed ward.
Who it is for
This is written for these hospitals.
- Multi-speciality hospitals
- Single-speciality hospitals, maternity, orthopaedic or eye
- Nursing homes
- Day-care surgery centres
- Corporate hospital chains with several branches
- Diagnostic-centre-led hospitals
- Hospitals attached to medical colleges
- Government-empanelled private hospitals
Not for
It is not the right fit if.
- The profile belongs to someone who has left and nobody can recover it, so ownership must be settled first.
- The casualty number rings out at night, and a better listing would only send more families to an unanswered line.
- The hospital has no one who can reply to reviews, so a visible profile would show complaints left standing.
How it works
How the local SEO work runs
The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.
- 1
Write down what is true
Each branch's real address, signboard name, phone, hours and owning Google account go into one record you sign off. Every later listing is copied from it.
- 2
Search as your buyer does
We search each branch on a phone from points around it, in your buyers' words, and note who appears with what reviews and photos.
- 3
Fix the profile first
Ownership first, then name, address, pin, phone, hours and business type. Google can suspend a profile with extra words in its name or an address that is not a real premises.
- 4
Build the branch pages and match the listings
Each real branch gets its own page, and the other listings are changed to agree with it. We write none for towns without a branch, because Google treats near-identical pages as doorway pages.
- 5
Ask, reply and measure
We agree with each branch who asks for reviews, when and how. Results are set against the baseline recorded before work began, and the branch that is behind gets the next round.
Proof
What happened when owners fixed this.
Real clients, the work we did, and the result as it was recorded. Where no number was recorded, none is claimed.

- A website for patients
- Search work
- Google Business and reviews
- Lead capture and advertising
