Obstetrics and gynaecology clinics · Local SEO

Be the clinic an expecting mother finds when searching near home.

Local SEO for an obstetrics and gynaecology clinic is the work of appearing accurately on Google Maps and in nearby searches for pregnancy care, delivery and women's health concerns. A woman choosing a doctor wants a clinic within reach, so distance and listing detail weigh on the choice. GullySales works on the Business Profile, the location pages and the review routine that sit behind those searches.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

For obstetrics and gynaecology clinics

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Travel is judged before the doctor”

A pregnant woman thinks about the journey at an awkward hour, the parking, and how far the delivery hospital is from home. A listing that shows no route, no landmark and no admitting hospital leaves that question unanswered, and the search moves to the next clinic on the map.

  • “One doctor, two sites, and a listing that names neither”

Some OBG doctors consult at a clinic and operate at a partner hospital. If the profile shows only one address, a woman arrives at the wrong place or doubts the doctor attends the delivery at all. The listing has to say where consultations happen and where deliveries take place.

  • “A review about a delivery needs a careful reply”

A woman reading reviews looks for how the clinic spoke to patients in a hard moment. The reply must stay polite and never confirm a patient's treatment in public, because that breaches privacy. A defensive or detailed answer does more harm than the review itself.

  • “Opening hours on the listing differ from the real ones”

Obstetric work follows deliveries and emergencies, so consulting hours shift. A listing that shows old timings sends a worried woman to a locked door. Wrong hours cost the clinic trust before the woman has met the doctor.

What we do

What we deliver for obstetrics and gynaecology clinics.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Google Business Profile set-up and upkeep

Doctor names, services, consulting hours, the admitting hospital and the entry route, written plainly and kept current when the roster changes.

Result: The listing you open on your phone matches the clinic as it runs today.

  2. Location pages for each area you serve

A page for each neighbourhood from which women travel to you, with the route, landmarks and the hospital for delivery described in plain words.

Result: A woman in a nearby locality finds a page that tells the woman how to reach you.

  3. A review request routine that respects privacy

A short, polite message sent by the front desk after a visit, inviting a review of the experience on Google. It asks for nothing about the treatment and never offers a reward.

Result: New reviews arrive from patients who chose to write them.

  4. Reply guidelines for reviews

A short written guide for answering praise and complaints without naming a patient, a procedure or an outcome.

Result: Anyone at the clinic can reply in the same measured tone.

  5. Consistent name, address and phone across directories

One agreed form of the clinic name, address and number on Google, practitioner directories and the website.

Result: A search shows the same details wherever the clinic appears.

  6. Photos of the reception, consulting room and entrance

Pictures of the clinic that help a nervous first-time visitor know what to expect. They show no patient and no baby.

Result: A woman can recognise the building before arriving.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Searches your buyers type

Local searches an expecting mother makes, and what the listing should answer.

gynaecologist near me for pregnancy
The listing with the doctor named, the address, the floor and the booking number, since travel is judged before the doctor.
OBG hospital with delivery facility
A listing line that says whether the hospital delivers, and which site does what if the clinic and hospital are separate.
lady doctor open on Sunday
Consulting hours that match the real timetable, with a clear note for the days the doctor operates or is on delivery duty.
scan centre near me for pregnancy
Imaging days and the booking route for scans, so the listing does not suggest an ultrasound the clinic does not offer.
gynaecologist with parking and lift
Photos of the entrance, lift and parking, because the family of a woman late in pregnancy judges the approach before booking.

Who it is for

This is written for these obstetrics and gynaecology clinics.

  • Single-doctor OBG clinics
  • Multi-speciality women's health hospitals
  • Fertility and IVF-focused practices
  • High-risk pregnancy specialist clinics
  • Maternity hospitals with delivery facilities
  • Gynaecological surgery specialists
  • Adolescent and general gynaecology clinics
  • Antenatal and postnatal care centres

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • The phone at the clinic is unanswered during consultations, and the listing would send callers to a ringing line.
  • No one is named to reply to reviews with care, and a listing with unanswered delivery complaints would put off the next family.

How it works

How the local SEO work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Write down what is true

Each branch's real address, signboard name, phone, hours and owning Google account go into one record you sign off. Every later listing is copied from it.

  2. 2

    Search as your buyer does

We search each branch on a phone from points around it, in your buyers' words, and note who appears with what reviews and photos.

  3. 3

    Fix the profile first

Ownership first, then name, address, pin, phone, hours and business type. Google can suspend a profile with extra words in its name or an address that is not a real premises.

  4. 4

Build the branch pages and match the listings

Each real branch gets its own page, and the other listings are changed to agree with it. We write none for towns without a branch, because Google treats near-identical pages as doorway pages.

  5. 5

    Ask, reply and measure

We agree with each branch who asks for reviews, when and how. Results are set against the baseline recorded before work began, and the branch that is behind gets the next round.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we reply to a review from a patient who delivered with us?
Reply politely and in general terms. Thank the writer, invite them to contact the clinic, and never mention the procedure, the baby or any detail of care. Advertising and conduct rules differ by profession and state, so check wording with your own council or adviser.
Should the listing show the delivery hospital as well as the clinic?
Yes, if the doctor attends deliveries there. A pregnant woman wants to know where the birth will take place. State both places in the description, and keep each address correct on its own listing.
Does a listing for each branch help?
A clinic with separate premises needs a separate listing for each, with its own hours, doctors and photographs. Joining them into one profile confuses both patients and Google about where the doctor actually sits.
Does each doctor need a separate listing?
Only where doctors practise at different addresses. At one site, list the clinic and name the doctors in the description and on their pages. Separate listings at one address split the reviews. Check the platform's current rules on listing individual practitioners.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
