Obstetrics and gynaecology clinics · Website

Build a clinic website that answers what a worried woman asks before calling.

A website for an OBG clinic is the place a woman reads about the doctor, the services and the facilities before dialling. It has to be calm, plain and clear about experience and location. GullySales plans the pages, writes the content with you and sets up the enquiry routes and tracking.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

Last updated 8 Nov 2026. Rules for this trade differ by state and professional body, and they change. We describe restrictions in general terms, so check the current position with your own council or adviser before you publish anything.

For obstetrics and gynaecology clinics

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The doctor page decides more than the home page”

A woman reads the doctor's page first. If it carries only a degree and a photograph, nothing is learned about whether the doctor treats the reader's kind of case. Naming procedures performed and areas of interest gives the reader something to weigh against the other clinics on the list.

  • “A woman reads on a phone, late at night”

A worry about a symptom or a missed period arrives after clinic hours. A site that loads badly on a phone, or hides the contact route behind a menu, loses the visitor. The enquiry route must be visible without scrolling and work with one tap.

  • “A page on delivery needs honest framing”

Women search for normal delivery, caesarean and pain relief. A page that promises one outcome is unsafe and breaks conduct rules. A better page explains the clinic's approach, when a doctor recommends surgery and what the family should discuss at the visit.

  • “A contact form that asks too much goes unused”

A woman with a private concern will not hand over a long form. A short request for a name, a number and a preferred time for a call, with a note on who reads it, gets used. Each added field removes some of the women who start.

What we do

What we deliver for obstetrics and gynaecology clinics.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Page plan for the clinic

A map of the pages the site needs: doctors, pregnancy care, delivery, fertility, gynaecological concerns, facilities and how to reach you.

Result: You can see every page, and its purpose, before writing begins.

  2. Doctor profile pages

Qualifications, years in practice and the procedures the doctor performs, written in plain words and checked by the doctor.

Result: A woman comparing doctors can judge the fit for the case.

  3. Service and concern pages

One page for each priority service or concern, written for the question a woman types and reviewed against advertising rules by your own council or adviser.

Result: Each priority service has a page that answers the question behind the search.

  4. A private enquiry route

A short call-back form and a WhatsApp link that go to a clinic number, not one staff member's personal phone.

Result: A sensitive message reaches only the people who should read it.

  5. Phone-first layout and loading checks

Pages tested on the phones your patients carry, with the contact route placed where a thumb reaches it.

Result: You can open the site on your own phone and reach the clinic in one tap.

  6. Enquiry tracking

A record of which page each enquiry came from, so you can see which pages bring women to book.

Result: You know which pages earn enquiries and which do not.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these obstetrics and gynaecology clinics.

  • Single-doctor OBG clinics
  • Multi-speciality women's health hospitals
  • Fertility and IVF-focused practices
  • High-risk pregnancy specialist clinics
  • Maternity hospitals with delivery facilities
  • Gynaecological surgery specialists
  • Adolescent and general gynaecology clinics
  • Antenatal and postnatal care centres

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • The doctors' registration details and areas of practice have not been confirmed in writing, so doctor pages would carry unverified credentials.
  • No person is named to read form enquiries privately, and a new site would collect questions that go unread.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the page list, what each page must answer, and who supplies the text and photographs, before any design starts.

  2. 2

    Design the templates

The home page, a service page, a location page and the enquiry page are designed first, on phone and desktop, and shown to you.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is built and checked on real phones and the common browsers. Every form, call button and WhatsApp link is tested end to end.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information replace placeholders. Pages are read through once by you, since you spot wrong details we cannot.

  5. 5

    Check before launch

Tracking, page titles, the sitemap and the privacy page are checked on the staging site. If an old site exists, its addresses are mapped so old links still land somewhere.

  6. 6

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live and we record the domain, hosting, content login and analytics in your name. The first live enquiry is traced to confirm tracking works.

    Situation
The clinic had next to no presence online. People making one of the most considered decisions of their lives were doing their research somewhere else, and forming a view before the clinic knew they existed.
    What we did
    • Social profiles opened
    • Educational content on a schedule
    • Google Business Profile built out
    • A working feedback loop
    Result
No numbers were recorded for this engagement. The work is described in full in the case study.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should the site show photographs of mothers and babies?
Use pictures of the clinic, the equipment and the staff, with consent. Photographs of patients or newborns raise privacy and conduct problems. Advertising rules differ by profession and state, so check with your own council or adviser before you publish.
Can we put a price list on the website?
That is the owner's decision. Clear information on what a consultation or package includes helps a woman plan. Give fees only if you can keep them current, and state what is excluded, so the patient is not surprised at the desk.
Does the website need to be rebuilt, or can we improve what we have?
We look at the site first. If the pages are sound and only the doctor profiles, the contact route or the phone layout need work, we change those. A rebuild is advised only when the existing structure cannot carry the pages you need.
What should the contact form ask?
A name, a number and a line on the concern. Nothing more. A woman writing privately will not complete a long form. Add a line saying whom the clinic will call, and that an urgent concern means ringing the clinic or going to casualty.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
