Physiotherapy clinics · Sales enablement

Give the front desk the condition and pricing answers before the phone rings.

Sales enablement for a physiotherapy clinic means giving the front desk a clear reference on condition-specific packages, therapist specialisations and typical course length. This way, no enquiry waits on someone finding the answer. GullySales builds this into a shared reference the team can use immediately.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What sales enablement means

Sales enablement is giving a sales team the tools it needs to sell, such as scripts, brochures, pricing sheets and a working CRM, rather than teaching a skill. GullySales builds and keeps these tools current so a salesperson is never explaining a product from memory alone.

For physiotherapy clinics

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A package sheet per condition ends inconsistent answers”

A one-page reference on what a post-surgical rehab package typically includes stops staff giving vague or inconsistent quotes.

  • “Therapist specialisation needs to be visible at the front desk”

A caller asking for a sports injury specialist should not be put on hold while someone checks a separate list.

  • “Referral partner details need to be kept current”

Staff should know which local surgeons and doctors the clinic already has a relationship with when a new referral calls.

What we do

What we deliver for physiotherapy clinics.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Condition package reference sheet

A one-page reference on what each condition's typical package includes, for the front desk to quote confidently.

Result: Every caller gets the same clear answer instead of a guess.

  2. Therapist specialisation directory

A quick-access list at the front desk showing which therapist handles which condition.

Result: A caller asking for a specialist is answered right away, not put on hold.

  3. Referral partner reference sheet

A current list of surgeons and doctors the clinic already works with, visible to whoever answers a referral call.

Result: A new referral call is recognised and handled correctly from the first question.

  4. An update routine for the reference sheet

A simple process for keeping package and therapist information current as it changes.

Result: The front desk is never working from an outdated answer.

How the result is measured

  • Tools in active use
  • Time to onboard a new salesperson
  • Consistency of pitch across the team

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

What your front desk carries

Each condition gets one sheet the front desk can read out on the first call.

Condition package sheet
Per condition: assessment, the plan the therapist usually proposes, session length and what is billed extra, such as taping or a device. The lead therapist keeps it, and the final plan is set after assessment.
Therapist directory
Each therapist's qualification, registration details and the conditions treated, such as sports, neuro or post-surgical, so the desk books the right person. The clinic head updates it.
Referral partner sheet
Orthopaedic surgeons and physicians who refer, how each wants updates (a short note or a call) and what patient consent is on file. The clinic head owns it.
First visit checklist
Prescription, MRI or X-ray reports, discharge summary and loose clothing. The desk reads it to every new caller so the first session is not lost to missing papers.
Missed session script
What the desk says when a patient skips: a polite call, a new slot offered and a note to the therapist. The lead therapist writes the wording.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the sales enablement work runs

  1. 1

    Audit existing material and tools

We gather what already exists across the team, however scattered.

  2. 2

    Organise the library

Material is structured so anyone can find what they need without asking a colleague.

  3. 3

    Fill the gaps

Missing battle cards, guides or answers are identified and built.

  4. 4

    Build the onboarding pathway

A clear route through the material for new hires' first weeks is set.

  5. 5

    Maintain and refresh

An ongoing schedule keeps material current as products, competitors and the team change.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Who maintains this material?
The clinic manager, with our template, updated whenever a package or therapist specialisation changes.
Does this replace training?
No, it supports it, giving staff a reference to use confidently during an actual call.
Can the package sheet show how many sessions a patient will need?
Only as the therapist's usual plan, with a plain note that the plan is set after assessment and can change. Do not promise recovery or a number of sessions in advance. Check your own council's advertising rules, which differ by state.
Can the desk share exercise sheets with patients on WhatsApp?
Only the sheet the treating therapist has prescribed for that patient, sent after the visit. A general sheet sent to everyone invites self-treatment and may not suit the person's condition. The therapist records what was sent in the case notes.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
