Podiatry and diabetic foot clinics · Local SEO

Be the nearest clinic that looks open and trustworthy on the map.

Local SEO for a foot clinic is the work of appearing on Google Maps and in nearby searches when a patient looks for a foot doctor close to home. GullySales sets up and maintains your Business Profile, listings and review requests, so the address, hours and services are right.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

For podiatry and diabetic foot clinics

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The profile lists the clinic as a hospital or a shop”

The category is wrong, so a search for podiatrist or wound care never shows it.

  • “Hours are wrong on session days”

Part-time clinicians sit at different hours on different days, and a profile that shows the wrong time sends patients to a locked door.

  • “Reviews mix up the doctor and the clinic”

One review names a doctor who left, and another is for a different branch under the same name.

What we do

What we deliver for podiatry and diabetic foot clinics.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A correct Business Profile

Categories, services, hours, doctor details, photos of the clinic and accessibility information, entered exactly.

Result: A search such as "diabetic foot ulcer clinic near me" can match a profile that names wound dressing and foot ulcer care.

  2. Session-wise hours

Regular hours, special days and holiday changes updated as they happen.

Result: The hours on Maps match the hours on the door.

  3. Listing consistency

The same name, address and phone on Practo, Justdial, Google and your own site, with duplicates removed.

Result: A diabetologist's office looking you up to refer a patient finds one clinic, one number.

  4. A review request routine

A polite request with the Google link after a visit, made the same way to every patient, with no reward.

Result: The front desk has one script and one link to hand over, so a review never depends on who was at the counter.

  5. Photos of the clinic

Photographs of the entrance, the waiting area and the consulting room, without patients in them.

Result: A patient with a painful foot can see the entrance, the lift or ramp and where to sit before leaving home.

  6. Calls and directions tracked

Calls, direction requests and bookings from the profile recorded against each booking.

Result: The front desk can say how many bookings began on the profile.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

What Google weighs here

Google weighs relevance, distance and prominence, and each has a clinic version.

Relevance: category and services
Pick the closest category, such as podiatrist or wound care service, and name what patients type: diabetic foot ulcer, wound dressing, corns, nail problems. Skip treatments you do not give.
Distance: the street the patient is on
People choose a foot clinic they can reach easily, and older patients dislike a long drive. State the landmark, parking and lift access on the profile.
Prominence: reviews and mentions
A steady flow of honest reviews that mention the problem treated counts for more than a burst. Never ask in exchange for a discount, and never publish a patient's details.
Directories that matter in India
Practo, Justdial, Google and the hospital's page, if you sit in one. A diabetologist who refers foot patients may check the listing first, so keep name and number identical on each.
Name, address and phone consistency
Write the clinic name the same way everywhere and use one number that the front desk answers. A doctor's mobile on one listing and a landline on another splits the record.
Doctor listings
If a clinician sits at more than one place, create separate listings only where he has a staffed address, and keep the names and registration details correct.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the local SEO work runs

  1. 1

    Audit every listing

We check the Google Business Profile and directory listings for every branch against what should actually be shown.

  2. 2

    Complete and correct

Profiles are filled in fully and inconsistent details are corrected across every directory found.

  3. 3

    Build location pages

Each branch gets a page written for its own area, not a copy of the head office page with the address changed.

  4. 4

    Set up review handling

A simple process for requesting and responding to reviews is put in place with whoever is closest to the customer.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

Map actions and enquiries per branch are reported, and branches falling behind are prioritised the next month.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Can a part-time clinic have a Google Business Profile?
Yes, if it has a staffed address with set hours. List only the hours when someone is there. If you sit in a hospital or another clinic, mention it, since Google may treat a shared address differently.
We share a building with other doctors. Will that cause trouble?
It can, when two profiles at one address have similar names. Use your own signboard photo, the correct floor and your own number. Be clear about what you offer, so Google and patients can tell the two apart.
Should each branch have its own profile?
Yes, if each has a staffed address and its own number. Give each branch its own photos, reviews and hours. A single profile for several places confuses patients and Google.
A competitor lists a clinic that does not exist. What do we do?
Report the listing to Google with the reason and keep a record. Removal is Google's decision and may take a while, so keep your own profile complete and correct.
Do you have a foot clinic that got results from local SEO?
Not yet. We have no foot clinic case study, and a different kind of practice is not evidence for yours. We would rather say so than borrow another clinic's figures.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
