Podiatry and diabetic foot clinics · Reputation management

Reply to each review without revealing a patient's wound.

Reputation management for a foot clinic is the work of collecting honest reviews and replying to them in a way that protects patient privacy. GullySales sets up the asking, writes reply wording your clinician approves and tracks every review across Google and Practo.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What reputation management means

Reputation management is watching what is said about your business across Google, social media and review sites, and responding to it before it changes a buyer's mind. GullySales monitors mentions, drafts responses to negative reviews and flags recurring complaints back to your team.

Last updated 11 Oct 2026. Rules for this trade differ by state and professional body, and they change. We describe restrictions in general terms, so check the current position with your own council or adviser before you publish anything.

For podiatry and diabetic foot clinics

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Replies reveal too much”

A well-meant reply that mentions a diabetic ulcer tells every reader the patient's condition.

  • “Reviews are asked for with a gift”

A discount for a review is against platform rules and can breach professional rules, and patients notice.

  • “A single review about the wait outweighs ten good ones”

The clinic is silent, and the next patient reads the complaint alone.

What we do

What we deliver for podiatry and diabetic foot clinics.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A patient-privacy reply guide

Reply wording that thanks or apologises without mentioning treatment or diagnosis.

Result: Replies are safe to publish.

  2. A review request after the visit

A polite message with the review link, sent to every patient who agreed to messages.

Result: More patients speak, not only the angry ones.

  3. Complaint handling

A step that routes a complaint to a named person, who calls the patient and records the cause.

    Result: Genuine problems are fixed.

  4. Review monitoring

A check of Google, Practo and Justdial with one responsible person.

    Result: No review waits unanswered.

  5. A rule against paid or fake reviews

A written rule for staff: no payment, no incentives, no reviews by staff, no pressure.

    Result: The reputation is clean.

  6. Review themes report

A note of what patients praise and complain about, for the owner.

Result: Patterns lead to changes in the clinic.

How the result is measured

  • Average rating
  • Response time to reviews
  • Negative mentions resolved

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

What to do with each review

Each type of review needs a different reply, and replies must not reveal any treatment detail.

Praise for the clinician
Thank the patient in a few words and do not repeat what he treated. Pass the review to the clinician and ask whether it can be quoted anywhere else.
A complaint about waiting
Apologise, say the front desk will call, and then do it. Check the booking sheet to find whether appointments overlap on that day.
A complaint about the fee
Reply that the front desk will walk through the bill. Do not discuss the amount or treatment in public. Check whether the fee was explained at booking.
A review that describes the patient's condition
Do not repeat or confirm it. Thank him for the feedback and invite a call. Do not use his words elsewhere without written consent.
A review from someone who was not a patient
Report it to Google with the reason if it breaks the rules, and reply politely that you cannot find a record. Do not retaliate.
Never gate or pay for reviews
Do not promise to remove a review, offer a discount for a review, or ask only happy patients. Check each platform's current rules.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the reputation management work runs

  1. 1

    Understand current perception

We start by actually searching your business name and reviewing what a stranger would currently see.

  2. 2

    Audit existing mentions

We catalogue reviews, mentions and search results, flagging anything negative or inaccurate.

  3. 3

    Plan responses

A calm, factual response is prepared for anything that needs one, agreed with you before posting.

  4. 4

    Implement monitoring

Ongoing checks are set up so new mentions are caught promptly rather than discovered by accident.

  5. 5

    Measure and report

Sentiment and response times are reported, with your business name searched again to see what has moved.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

How do we ask for reviews without breaking professional rules?
Ask every patient the same way, after the visit, with no reward and no pressure. Do not publish patient details or ask for a comment on treatment results. Rules differ by state and body, so check with your own council.
Should we reply in the reviewer's language?
Yes, where your front desk writes it well, with a short line in English. A simple reply in Tamil, Kannada or Hindi reads better than a stiff English one, and older patients appreciate it.
A review names our podiatrist. What now?
Thank the patient and pass the review to the clinician. If it is a complaint, discuss it privately and keep the public reply short. Do not use a clinician's name in the reply to a complaint.
Can staff post reviews for us?
No. Reviews by staff, family or friends of the clinic break platform rules and can be removed, and patients can spot them. Ask real patients, and accept that some will not reply.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
