Podiatry and diabetic foot clinics · Search engine optimisation

Answer the foot problem a family types at night, in plain words.

Search engine optimisation (SEO) for a foot clinic is the work of making your pages the answer when someone searches a foot problem or a clinic near them. GullySales writes one page for each problem you treat, in the words patients use, and keeps every claim inside the rules for your profession.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What search engine optimisation means

Search engine optimisation (SEO) is the work of getting your website to appear when a buyer searches Google for what you sell. GullySales builds pages around real search terms, fixes technical issues that block ranking, and tracks which searches actually bring enquiries.

Last updated 11 Oct 2026. Rules for this trade differ by state and professional body, and they change. We describe restrictions in general terms, so check the current position with your own council or adviser before you publish anything.

For podiatry and diabetic foot clinics

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The site lists treatments in medical terms”

A family searches for a wound on the heel that is not healing, and the page talks about neuropathic ulcers.

  • “Every problem is on one page”

Heel pain, corns and diabetic foot care need different answers, and one long page ranks for none.

  • “Hospital pages outrank the clinic”

Large hospitals have strong sites, so a clinic wins only by being specific about its own area and service.

What we do

What we deliver for podiatry and diabetic foot clinics.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A page for each problem

Diabetic foot checks, non-healing wounds, heel pain, corns and calluses, nail problems and insoles, each in plain language.

Result: Each search lands on a page that answers it.

  2. A first-visit page

What happens at the first visit, what to bring, who to bring and how long the visit usually lasts as you plan it.

Result: A worried patient knows what to expect.

  3. Clinician and clinic details

Qualifications, registration details and hours, as the profession's rules allow.

Result: Searchers see who treats them.

  4. Questions and answers in plain words

Short answers to what people ask before booking, checked by your clinician.

Result: Early research ends on your page.

  5. Page structure and speed

Clear headings, mobile loading and a call button on every page.

Result: Older users on a phone can reach you.

  6. Enquiries traced by page

A record of calls and bookings against the page they came from.

Result: You know which page brings patients.

How the result is measured

  • Ranking positions
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from organic search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Searches your buyers type

People describe the foot, not the specialty. Each wording needs a page or a clear section.

Diabetic foot doctor near me
Create a page for people with diabetes, a family member or a doctor's patient. State who sees them, where, and what the first check includes, without promising results.
Foot wound not healing
Write a page for the family: when a wound needs a doctor, who to see and what to bring. Do not diagnose, and put the number and the clinic hours at the top.
Heel pain in the morning
Cover plantar fasciitis and other causes in general terms, say when to see a clinician and what an assessment looks at. Link to your insole page if you provide them.
Corns, calluses and ingrown toenail
These are routine problems in a foot clinic. Say which you treat in the clinic, how the visit runs and who should see a doctor first, such as people with diabetes.
Diabetic footwear and insoles
Describe how fitting works, what is measured and that footwear is advised by the clinician. Do not claim it prevents complications.
Searches to leave out
Home remedies and cures for foot ulcers, and searches for free treatment. Do not write pages that make cure claims, and avoid promising a result.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the search engine optimisation work runs

  1. 1

    Audit and baseline

We record where the site stands today: positions, traffic, technical faults and the enquiries search currently produces. Nothing starts until this number is written down.

  2. 2

    Decide what to rank for

We map the searches your buyers use, in your words and theirs, and pick the ones worth the effort for your margin and your capacity.

  3. 3

    Fix the foundations

Technical faults first, because the cheapest gains are usually there. Then the Business Profile and directory consistency.

  4. 4

    Build the pages

A page for each thing you do, written to answer the question it is searched for, with a clear next step at the end.

  5. 5

    Publish and earn mentions

Content goes out on the calendar. Links and mentions are earned from real relationships, not bought.

  6. 6

    Measure, report, adjust

At the interval agreed at the start we report what moved and what did not, and change the plan when the numbers say so.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we make a page for each foot problem?
Yes, for the ones you treat regularly. A page on diabetic foot care and another on heel pain answer different people. Do not write a page for a problem you do not treat, or one you only refer on.
Do we need a blog?
Not at first. Write articles only when patients ask the same question repeatedly, and have your clinician review each one. A blog of copied health tips adds nothing. Link every article to the matching problem page.
Can we use locality pages like Jayanagar or Indiranagar?
Only if patients really come from those areas and you have something true to say, such as the distance and the bus or metro route. Do not make dozens of thin pages that only change the locality name.
What should we not copy from other clinic sites?
Do not copy their descriptions, claims or patient stories. Rules for medical advertising differ and change, and a claim that suits another clinic may breach yours. Write from your own practice and have it checked.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
