Podiatry and diabetic foot clinics · Social media

Post what a family can use, and nothing a patient would not want shared.

Social media marketing for a foot clinic is the work of showing the clinic, the clinician and basic foot care on the platforms your patients and their families use. GullySales plans a few useful posts, replies to messages and follows the privacy and advertising rules of your profession.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

Last updated 11 Oct 2026. Rules for this trade differ by state and professional body, and they change. We describe restrictions in general terms, so check the current position with your own council or adviser before you publish anything.

For podiatry and diabetic foot clinics

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The page posts motivational quotes”

Nothing on it shows a foot, a clinic or a clinician, so a visitor learns nothing.

  • “Patient photos are posted without written consent”

A before-and-after picture is a breach of trust and of the rules, and is hard to withdraw.

  • “Comments and messages ask for a diagnosis”

A person posts a photo of a foot and asks what it is, and the page owner is not sure how to reply.

What we do

What we deliver for podiatry and diabetic foot clinics.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A content plan for the platforms patients use

A short plan for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and WhatsApp status, matched to the age of your patients.

Result: Posts reach the people who book.

  2. A standard reply to health questions

Wording that asks the person to call or visit, and does not diagnose over a message.

Result: Replies are safe and helpful.

  3. A consent form for any patient content

A written form for the rare case where a patient agrees to be featured, with the right to withdraw.

Result: Nothing is posted without permission.

  4. Diagram and clinic photos

Photographs of the clinic, equipment and clinician, and diagrams of foot care, without patients.

Result: The page looks real and professional.

  5. Festival and awareness day posts

Posts for World Diabetes Day and other days, with a plain message.

Result: The page appears when people are looking.

  6. A booking link on every profile

A phone, WhatsApp and map link on each account.

Result: A reader can book without searching.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Platform for this buyer

Choose the platform by who decides: the patient, or a son or daughter. Each platform has a single action.

Facebook for older patients and families
Post short explanations and clinic notices in plain language. The single action is a call to the front desk. Moderate comments and avoid giving advice in them.
Instagram for younger patients
Use short videos of the clinic, simple diagrams and the clinician explaining one point. The action is a message or a call. Do not show a patient's face or wound.
YouTube for the first-visit guide
Make a short video of the clinic, the entry and the consultation room. The action is the booking link in the description. Avoid claiming outcomes.
WhatsApp status and broadcast
Share clinic hours, a camp date or a daily foot check reminder with patients who have agreed to messages. The action is to reply to book.
LinkedIn for referring doctors
Share your clinic's focus, the types of patient you accept and how to refer. The action is a call or a visit. Keep it clinical and short.
What not to post
Patient photos, before and after pictures, treatment results, comparisons or offers on treatment. Check your council's current advertising rules.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the social media work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

Your brief

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Who should be on camera?
The clinician, if he agrees and the rules allow it, and the front desk team for a welcome video. Do not put patients on camera without written consent, and never show wounds that can identify a person.
How do we reply to comments asking about a wound?
Say that a wound cannot be judged over a message and invite the person to call or visit. Do not give a diagnosis or a remedy in a comment. Keep the reply polite and the same each time.
Should we post for festivals?
Yes, a short wish for festivals when patients are around, and a health message for World Diabetes Day. Do not turn a festival into a sales offer for treatment, which may break advertising rules.
Can we use a patient's testimonial video?
Only with written, informed consent, and only if the profession's rules permit testimonials. Many councils restrict them, so check first. Where in doubt, leave it out and use reviews on the platforms instead.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
