Telehealth and online consultation platforms · Buyer journey

Map the road from a worrying symptom to a booked consultation, and fix where people turn back.

The buyer journey for a telehealth platform is the sequence a person follows from noticing a health concern to booking, attending and returning. At each stage she asks a different question. GullySales maps those stages from your own booking records and chats, then finds where people drop out.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What buyer journey means

The buyer journey is the sequence of steps a customer actually takes, from first hearing about you to deciding to buy, which is rarely a single visit or call. GullySales maps this sequence for your business and checks that something useful happens at each step instead of only at the final call.

For telehealth and online consultation platforms

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The worry comes before the search”

A person lives with a symptom for days before she searches, and what she finds first shapes whether she trusts online care.

  • “The family decides together”

A booking for a parent or child involves a second person who pays or approves, and a page written for one reader misses the other.

  • “Trust is rebuilt after the first call”

A first consultation that goes well gets a second booking, and one with a poor connection ends the relationship.

What we do

What we deliver for telehealth and online consultation platforms.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A stage map in your patients' words

A map from noticing a problem to a returning patient, with the question asked at each stage taken from your chats and calls.

Result: You see what each stage needs.

  2. A drop-out count from your own records

A count of how many people move from page visit to enquiry, booking, payment, consultation and repeat, using your data.

Result: You know where patients leave.

  3. Content for each stage

A list of the pages, messages and reminders each stage needs, matched to the questions you collected.

Result: Each stage has a clear next step.

  4. A family and carer view

A page and a message for the person booking for a parent or child, covering identity, consent and report sharing.

Result: The person paying is not confused.

  5. A review of the first consultation

A check of the first-visit experience, from joining the call to the doctor's summary, using patient feedback and call logs.

Result: The first visit earns the second.

How the result is measured

  • Drop-off rate by step
  • Time from first contact to sale
  • Steps with no content

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Stages of this buyer's journey

Here is what a patient does at each stage, and what your platform should have ready.

Notices a health concern
She thinks about it for a while and may ask a relative. Have a plain page ready for the concern, reviewed by a doctor, that says when to seek care.
Searches and shortlists
She searches the symptom or speciality, often in her own language, and opens a few results. Show the speciality, available doctors and a clear booking button.
Compares platforms and doctors
She checks doctor profiles, reviews and how data is handled. Have profiles with languages, a privacy page and recent reviews with replies.
Asks a question before paying
She messages on WhatsApp about the doctor, the format or the payment. Answer on the same day with a person's name and a booking link.
Books, pays and attends
She needs a short path, a confirmation and a reminder, and a call that connects. Record every drop between booking and attendance.
After the consultation
She wants a summary, a follow-up date and a way to ask a question. Send the review reminder with consent and ask for feedback.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the buyer journey work runs

  1. 1

    Understand the sales process

We walk through how a sale actually happens today, from the person who first answers an enquiry to the one who closes it.

  2. 2

    Audit the data

Website analytics, call logs and CRM records are pulled together to see where people actually drop out, not where they are assumed to.

  3. 3

    Interview buyers and staff

A handful of recent customers and the team who speak to them fill in the reasons behind the numbers.

  4. 4

    Build the map

Stages, touchpoints and drop-off points are set out in one document everyone can read the same way.

  5. 5

    Fix and measure

Each fix is implemented against the stage it addresses, and the drop-off rate at that stage is checked afterwards.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

How long does a patient take to decide?
It varies by concern. A minor ailment is decided the same evening, and a long-term condition or a child's problem takes longer, with a second person involved. Your own booking records show the real gap for each speciality.
Who else is involved in the decision?
Often a spouse, a grown child or a parent, who may pay or approve. Write one page for the patient and a short note for the person helping her, and record who booked.
What do we do about people who go quiet?
Ask at the point they stopped, once, and offer help. Many leave at payment or at choosing a doctor. Record the stage so you can fix the cause.
How do we find where people drop out?
Count, from your own records, how many reach each step: visit, enquiry, booking, payment, consultation, return. The biggest fall is the first thing to fix. A person can check this with a spreadsheet.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
