Heavy equipment and forklift dealers · Digital marketing

Decide what the subscriptions, the co-op fund and your own site each buy.

Digital marketing for an equipment dealership is the order of spending: marketplace subscriptions, paid search, your own website, and the manufacturer co-op money that mostly goes unclaimed. GullySales sets that order against your territory and the machines you need to move, then puts a source on everything.

A steam traction engine belted across a stackyard to a wooden threshing machine: the long flat belt taut between the flywheel and the drive pulley, the flywheel spinning, a straw elevator raking up off the far end, a full sack hanging on the sack spout, a corn stack half taken down behind and a water cart standing by

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For heavy equipment and forklift dealers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • Co-op money sits unclaimed because of the paperwork

The claim wants proof of the advertisement, the dates it ran and the invoice, in a format nobody at a dealership has time to assemble.

  • Your dealer agreement draws a line on the map

It names the counties you sell machines into, and advertising that spills past it wastes money and irritates the manufacturer. Your agreement decides what parts and service advertising may do.

  • Three subscriptions, one inbox, no way to tell them apart

MachineryTrader, Machinio and an auction listing all feed the same address. Without a source on each lead you renew all three on instinct.

What we do

What we deliver for heavy equipment and forklift dealers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A written spend plan with a reason for each line

Every subscription, campaign and site project listed with what it is expected to bring and what would make you stop paying for it.

Result: The marketing budget stops being last year's invoices repeated.

  2. Co-op claims prepared in the manufacturer format

Creative, dated proof of running and invoices assembled the way your programme asks, so the claim goes in with the campaign rather than months later.

Result: Money already allocated to your dealership gets used.

  3. Source tagging across marketplaces, search and the phone

Tracked links on every listing site, a tracked number on the ads, and a source field the desk fills on every walk-in and call.

Result: Renewal decisions are made on enquiries rather than habit.

  4. One set of dealership facts used everywhere

Brands carried, service radius, shop and parts hours, and the counties covered, written once and used on the site, the listings and every profile.

Result: Nothing online contradicts what your salesmen tell people.

  5. Advertising kept inside the dealer agreement

Targeting drawn to your area of responsibility, with brand wording checked against the manufacturer rules before anything goes live.

Result: No campaign has to be pulled after a call from the rep.

  6. A monthly report the owner will read

Enquiries by source, reply time, quotes sent, machines delivered and parts orders traced to a campaign, on one page against the audit baseline.

Result: The argument about what works is settled with numbers.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Who it is for

This is written for these heavy equipment and forklift dealers.

  • Full-line construction equipment dealers for a single manufacturer
  • Independent used equipment dealers and brokers
  • Forklift and material handling dealers running a service fleet
  • Compact tractor and agricultural equipment dealers
  • Crane, telehandler and aerial lift specialists
  • Attachment, tyre and wear parts suppliers
  • Dealers running a rental fleet alongside sales
  • Single-location dealers competing with a multi-state group

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for heavy equipment and forklift dealers

  1. 1

    Trace last quarter's enquiries

In the free audit call we follow the listing enquiries and phone calls you received. How long did each wait, how many got a quote, and how many quotes were followed up?

  2. 2

    Fix the first reply

Agreed overlap hours, a routine for answering listing enquiries and machine-down calls, and a record of every enquiry that both your salesmen and we can see.

  3. 3

Clean the inventory and the pages

Sold units down, new arrivals up with hours and photos, and model pages written for the jobs those machines do in your territory.

  4. 4

    Rebuild the install base

Customer, machine and serial number pulled into one list, so parts, service and trade-cycle campaigns can be sent to the people who own the machines.

  5. 5

Chase the quotes and the rentals

A follow-up date on every quote, a conversion call on every long rental, and a monthly report that shows where machines were won and lost.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • Hours that fit your day, agreed up front

Which hours we overlap with yours is settled before any work starts, so you know when a reply is coming and when it is not.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Which listing subscription should we drop?
The one that cannot show you an enquiry. Put a source on every lead for a quarter and the answer appears on its own. Most dealers find two carry the volume and the third is renewed out of habit.
Will the manufacturer co-op fund pay for this?
Part of it, depending on your programme. Co-op covers media and production against approved creative rather than agency time, and the claim needs dated proof in their format. We prepare that evidence and your manufacturer rep confirms what qualifies.
What hours do you cover?
The ones we agree with you before anything starts, and they go in writing. We name which hours of your working day are covered and which are not. We do not claim a US phone presence or round-the-clock answering.
Can you handle the leads from MachineryTrader and Machinio?
Yes, that is usually the first thing we take over. The enquiry is acknowledged, the machine's availability is checked against your inventory, and the buyer reaches your salesman with the basic questions already answered. Every enquiry is logged, so you can finally see what each listing subscription actually returns.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
