Heavy equipment and forklift dealers · Email marketing

You know who owns every serial number and you write to none of them.

Email and text for an equipment dealership are worked off the install base: who owns which machine, at what hour meter, with what service history. GullySales pulls that list out of the DMS and the work orders, runs the quote chase and the parts reminders, and records consent before any text goes out.

A post room: a wall rack of pigeonholes with sorted letters and strapped bundles, a loaded mail trolley wheeled up in front of it, and on the bench a franking machine with one envelope under the press arm, franked and cleared

What email marketing means

Email marketing is sending planned messages to a list of past and prospective customers who have agreed to hear from you. It suits offers, updates and staying in touch with someone who is not ready to buy yet. GullySales writes and schedules these emails and tracks who opens, clicks and enquires.

For heavy equipment and forklift dealers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • The hour meter is the mailing list

A 2,000 hour service, an undercarriage inspection and a set of wear parts are all predictable from the meter reading on the last work order.

  • Texting a customer is a registered activity here

A number used to text customers has to be registered, consent has to be recorded and stopping has to be honoured. Getting it wrong costs more than a missed quote.

  • Quotes die in an inbox with nobody watching

A wheel loader quote goes out with a finance option and the next contact is whenever he calls back. A dated sequence with a phone call beside it changes the outcome.

What we do

What we deliver for heavy equipment and forklift dealers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. The install base pulled into one usable list

Customer, machine, serial number, hour meter and last service date taken out of the DMS and the work orders into one list you can sort.

Result: You can write to the owners of one model on one afternoon.

  2. Parts and service campaigns triggered by meter reading

Scheduled reminders for the services and wear items due at known hours, sent only to the owners we can identify.

Result: Service bays fill from your own customers rather than walk-in luck.

  3. A dated quote chase across email and phone

Every machine quote logged with follow-up dates, prepared answers on hours, warranty, freight and finance, and a reason recorded when it ends.

Result: A quote still being weighed gets a second conversation.

  4. Consent capture and number registration set up

Consent wording put on the forms and into the call script, records kept, and the A2P registration for your texting number completed.

Result: The texting programme can run without an argument later.

  5. An aged inventory mailing to past enquirers

The units sitting longest offered to everybody who asked about that model in the past year, with fresh photographs and an honest condition note.

Result: Money tied up in the back row starts moving.

  6. A season readiness mailing

Wear parts, undercarriage checks and attachment offers timed to when crews come back on in your region.

Result: Work orders are booked before the first breakdown call.

  7. Orders traced to email and text each month

Parts orders, work orders and machine sales attributed to a mailing, reported against the baseline recorded at the start.

Result: The list gets treated as an asset.

How the result is measured

  • Open rate
  • Click rate
  • Enquiries from email

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

How the work runs for heavy equipment and forklift dealers

  1. 1

    Trace last quarter's enquiries

In the free audit call we follow the listing enquiries and phone calls you received. How long did each wait, how many got a quote, and how many quotes were followed up?

  2. 2

    Fix the first reply

Agreed overlap hours, a routine for answering listing enquiries and machine-down calls, and a record of every enquiry that both your salesmen and we can see.

  3. 3

Clean the inventory and the pages

Sold units down, new arrivals up with hours and photos, and model pages written for the jobs those machines do in your territory.

  4. 4

    Rebuild the install base

Customer, machine and serial number pulled into one list, so parts, service and trade-cycle campaigns can be sent to the people who own the machines.

  5. 5

Chase the quotes and the rentals

A follow-up date on every quote, a conversion call on every long rental, and a monthly report that shows where machines were won and lost.

Proof

What happened when owners fixed this.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • Hours that fit your day, agreed up front

Which hours we overlap with yours is settled before any work starts, so you know when a reply is coming and when it is not.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Our data sits in the DMS and in the technicians' heads. Can this be done at all?
Yes, and it is most of the first month. The DMS gives customer, machine and serial number, and the work orders give the meter reading and the last visit. The gaps get filled by the service writers as jobs close.
How much email is too much for a contractor list?
Send when there is a reason: a service due at a known meter reading, wear parts before the season, a trade of the machine he runs. A monthly newsletter to contractors gets deleted unopened.
What hours do you cover?
The ones we agree with you before anything starts, and they go in writing. We name which hours of your working day are covered and which are not. We do not claim a US phone presence or round-the-clock answering.
Can you handle the leads from MachineryTrader and Machinio?
Yes, that is usually the first thing we take over. The enquiry is acknowledged, the machine's availability is checked against your inventory, and the buyer reaches your salesman with the basic questions already answered. Every enquiry is logged, so you can finally see what each listing subscription actually returns.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
