GullySales

Home and office automation · CRM

Hold the site, the stage, the designer who sent it and the panel you installed.

A CRM for an automation integrator is half a sales record and half an as-built list: the site and its construction stage, the architect who specified you, the rooms quoted, the hardware installed and the date its contract falls due. GullySales agrees the fields and gets the team filling them.

A 90-minute audit call and a written, scored report. Turnaround, reporting and term are agreed in writing after the audit.

Realistic editorial illustration of home and office automation at work in India

For home and office automation

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The record is also the as-built list”

Three years on, somebody rings about a dimmer that has stopped. If nothing says which panel, which make and which firmware went into that villa, an engineer drives across the city to find out what he is looking at.

  • “The referring architect belongs in a field, not in somebody's memory”

Unless the enquiry carries the designer's name, you cannot tell which of them actually sends work and which one you have been taking to lunch for two years. That is the single most useful thing this record holds.

  • “Stage beats status on a project that waits for a building”

Hot and warm mean nothing here. Record where the site has reached, from concept drawing to first fix to handover, and anyone can tell what the next action is without ringing the client to ask.

What we do

What we deliver for home and office automation.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. The fields agreed with your team, and no more

Site address, construction stage, referring designer or builder, rooms quoted, decision-makers and the next action with its date.

Result: The sales person can fill it in between two site visits.

  2. An installed-base register linked to the enquiry

Make, model, panel location, point count and commissioning date recorded against the address once the job is done.

Result: A service call starts with the file open, not with a phone call to the client.

  3. Contract and warranty dates carried in the same record

Warranty expiry and maintenance renewal dates stored against the site, visible to whoever is looking at the account.

Result: A renewal comes up on a list before it comes up as a complaint.

  4. Source recorded as a named person

The architect, interior designer, builder or electrical contractor written in by name, rather than a source field that just says referral.

Result: You can rank your design contacts by the work they send.

  5. A standing review of stalled sites

A short run through the projects whose stage has not moved, done with the sales and technical people together.

Result: A quiet project gets noticed while it can still be saved.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries logged in the CRM
  • Data completeness
  • Reports generated from CRM data

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these home and office automation.

  • Residential smart-home integrators
  • Office and boardroom automation specialists
  • Villa and apartment builder tie-up specialists
  • Security and CCTV integration specialists
  • Home theatre and AV specialists
  • Motorised curtain and gate automation specialists

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. 01 · First

    Free audit call

90 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · After the call

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. 06 · At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the work runs for home and office automation

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at your referral relationships with architects and builders, your website's ability to explain the process, your showroom experience, and where enquiries stall in a long sales cycle.

  2. 2

    Build the referral pipeline

A system for reaching new architects, interior designers and builders, and staying visible to the ones already sending you work.

  3. 3

Fix the website and showroom story

Clear process, timeline and after-sales information, and photographs and video that let a buyer picture the finished result.

  4. 4

    Bring enquiries in

Search visibility for smart-home and office-automation terms, and content that supports a long research phase.

  5. 5

    Hold the sale together

A follow-up routine for the weeks between a showroom visit and a signed order, so a slow decision does not go cold.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Our accounting software already holds the customer list. Is that enough?
It holds whoever paid you, which is the end of the story rather than the middle. It does not carry the site's construction stage, the designer who sent the enquiry or the panel you installed. Those three are what an integrator's record exists for.
What must a sales person enter after a showroom visit?
Who came, which site it is for, where that site has reached in construction, who suggested automation, the rooms discussed and the next action with a date. Six fields. Ask for more and the form stops being filled in at all.
How long does it take to see results?
A stronger website and showroom experience help the next enquiry immediately. Building a steady architect and builder referral pipeline takes several months, since it depends on relationships, not a single campaign.
Do we need to advertise?
Most automation companies grow first through referrals and a strong website. Advertising helps when you want more direct enquiries from homeowners researching on their own.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after the audit, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 90 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the review meetings.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
