Home and office automation · WhatsApp marketing

The project lives in a site group, and every date you promise there is in writing.

For an automation integrator WhatsApp is where the enquiry arrives, where the project is run and where the client complains. The site group with the architect, the contractor and the client is the real workspace. GullySales sets the rules for it, the catalogue, and what may be broadcast.

A 90-minute audit call and a written, scored report. Turnaround, reporting and term are agreed in writing after the audit.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily, which gets read faster than email or SMS. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For home and office automation

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The site group holds your commitments, whether you meant it to or not”

The architect, the electrical contractor, the client and your engineer are all in one group. Every date typed in there is a promise in writing. Decide who from your side speaks in it, because a technician's casual tomorrow becomes a broken commitment by Thursday.

  • “The enquiry arrives as a forwarded video”

Somebody sends thirty seconds of curtains opening in a house in another country and asks whether you can do that. The reply that wins is a clip of the same thing in a home in their own city, ready to send in the next minute.

  • “A catalogue of rooms, not of parts”

Nobody shops for a dimmer module. Build the catalogue as finished rooms, a living room, a bedroom, a boardroom, with what each typically runs to, so a buyer sees something they recognise instead of a part number.

What we do

What we deliver for home and office automation.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A business account with the experience centre on it

Verified account carrying the showroom address, visiting hours, the room catalogue and a greeting that says when a real person will reply.

Result: A buyer who messages at night knows where you are and what happens next.

  2. Rules for the site group, agreed with your team

Who speaks for your company in a project group, what may be committed there, and what has to move to email or a written variation.

Result: Dates stop being promised by whoever happens to be on site.

  3. A ready library of project clips

Short videos of scenes, curtains, gates and boardroom setups, labelled by room and budget so the right one can be sent without hunting.

Result: The reply to a forwarded video is your own work, within minutes.

  4. A room catalogue on the account

Finished-room entries with scope and an indicative range, replacing a product list nobody outside the trade understands.

Result: The buyer browses the outcome instead of the hardware.

  5. Consent recorded before anyone is added to a list

A record of who agreed to receive service notices, kept alongside the enquiry, with an easy way out of it.

Result: You keep the channel for messages people actually want.

  6. Enquiries and reply times pulled out of the account

A count of enquiries arriving on WhatsApp, how fast each was answered and what became of it, reported with your other sources.

Result: The busiest channel stops being the one nobody measures.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. 01 · First

    Free audit call

90 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · After the call

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. 06 · At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the work runs for home and office automation

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at your referral relationships with architects and builders, your website's ability to explain the process, your showroom experience, and where enquiries stall in a long sales cycle.

  2. 2

    Build the referral pipeline

A system for reaching new architects, interior designers and builders, and staying visible to the ones already sending you work.

  3. 3

Fix the website and showroom story

Clear process, timeline and after-sales information, and photographs and video that let a buyer picture the finished result.

  4. 4

    Bring enquiries in

Search visibility for smart-home and office-automation terms, and content that supports a long research phase.

  5. 5

    Hold the sale together

A follow-up routine for the weeks between a showroom visit and a signed order, so a slow decision does not go cold.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should our team use personal numbers or a business account?
A business account on a company number. A project run from an engineer's personal phone disappears the day he resigns, and the client keeps ringing him for two years afterwards. The account also lets you carry the catalogue, the address and the hours, which a personal number cannot.
Can we broadcast festival offers to our past clients?
You can, and we would advise against it. These are people who spent lakhs on a house and architects who will mute you the second time. Use the list for service notices, a firmware change or a warranty reminder, and the messages keep getting opened.
How long does it take to see results?
A stronger website and showroom experience help the next enquiry immediately. Building a steady architect and builder referral pipeline takes several months, since it depends on relationships, not a single campaign.
Do we need to advertise?
Most automation companies grow first through referrals and a strong website. Advertising helps when you want more direct enquiries from homeowners researching on their own.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after the audit, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 90 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the review meetings.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
