Commercial cleaning companies · Buyer persona

Know whether the person on the call is a site engineer, an owner or a facility head.

A buyer persona for a commercial cleaning company describes the person who books each type of job: what they worry about, what they ask and what moves them to a yes. GullySales builds these from your own quotes and calls, never from guesses.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What buyer persona means

A buyer persona is a plain description of the kind of customer who actually buys from you. It includes what they search, what worries them and who else they ask before deciding. GullySales builds this from real enquiries and past sales rather than a generic template, then uses it to write every page and advert.

For commercial cleaning companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The site engineer is under a handover clock”

They need floors, glass and fittings clean by a date, and they judge a firm by whether it measures the site properly. A long explanation of chemicals matters less than a plain scope and a firm arrival date.

  • “The showroom or restaurant owner fears damage”

They have costly flooring or a kitchen under inspection. The question is whether you will harm the surface or miss a corner. Naming the machine, the chemical and what you avoid is what calms that fear.

  • “The facility head compares vendors on process”

They have a manpower vendor already, and they want a specialist for machines or glass. Crew uniforms, safety gear, insurance papers and a schedule they can hand to security matter more than a low rate.

  • “The property manager buys for a committee”

The decision sits with an association or an owner, so the manager needs a scope sheet they can forward. A buyer who cannot explain your quote upward will not choose it.

What we do

What we deliver for commercial cleaning companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Persona sheets for each buyer

A page per buyer type with their worry, their usual question, their deadline and the proof that answers it.

Result: Anyone answering the phone can see who is calling.

  2. Call scripts matched to the persona

Opening questions for each buyer, such as handover date, surface type or number of outlets.

Result: Each call starts with the question that buyer cares about.

  3. Quote layouts per persona

A site engineer's quote leads with scope and date; a facility head's leads with crew, machines and papers.

Result: The quote opens on what the buyer checks first.

  4. Proof matched to the worry

The photograph, the reference or the paper that answers each persona's main doubt.

Result: Each persona has one piece of proof ready.

  5. Notes from your last quotes

Won and lost quotes read for who the buyer was and why they chose or left.

Result: The personas come from real jobs.

  6. A review of the personas

A reading with you when new job types are added, to correct what the sheets got wrong.

Result: The sheets are corrected as you learn.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiry match to persona
  • Conversion rate by persona
  • Content aligned to persona

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the buyer persona work runs

  1. 1

    Understand the current view

We start with how your team currently describes the customer, since the gap between belief and reality is often the finding itself.

  2. 2

    Audit past enquiries and sales

We look at recent enquiries and closed deals to see who actually bought, not who was assumed to buy.

  3. 3

    Interview customers and staff

Short, structured conversations surface the real language, worries and triggers behind a purchase.

  4. 4

    Build the personas

Findings are written into short, usable persona documents rather than a long report.

  5. 5

    Apply to your marketing

We show exactly where each persona should change a page, an ad or a script you already have.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Where do the personas come from?
From your quotes, call log and the jobs you won and lost. We interview your estimator and supervisor. Nothing is taken from a general template, because a cleaning firm for hospitals buys differently from one for showrooms.
How many personas do we need?
One for each distinct buyer you serve, which for a cleaning firm is three or four. More than that and the sheets stop being used. We start with the buyers who bring the largest share of your revenue.
Does this change our prices?
No. It changes what you say and show first. Prices stay with you, and GullySales does not set or advise on rates.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
