Commercial cleaning companies · Search engine optimisation

Be the page a site engineer finds when typing the job and the area.

SEO for a commercial cleaning company is making each job you do, from post-construction cleaning to glass facades, findable by the words a buyer types with the area. GullySales works on the job pages, the area pages and the proof that sits on them, with no promise on rank.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What search engine optimisation means

Search engine optimisation (SEO) is the work of getting your website to appear when a buyer searches Google for what you sell. GullySales builds pages around real search terms, fixes technical issues that block ranking, and tracks which searches actually bring enquiries.

For commercial cleaning companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Buyers search the job, not the company”

Nobody types the name of a cleaning firm they have not met. They type post-construction cleaning, floor scrubbing or kitchen deep cleaning with an area. A site that says commercial cleaning services on one page has no answer for any of those.

  • “Surfaces matter to the person reading”

A showroom manager with marble and a facility head with vitrified tiles want to know the method differs. A page that names the surface, the machine and what is avoided reads as expertise and gives search engines specific words to match.

  • “Area pages written as copies rank as copies”

Repeating one page with a different area name adds nothing a searcher wants. A real area page names the business parks, the construction belts and the sites you have cleaned there, with your own photographs.

  • “Photographs are content, not decoration”

Before and after pictures taken from the same spot show what was removed. When they sit with the method and the surface on the page, they answer a doubt that a paragraph of claims cannot.

What we do

What we deliver for commercial cleaning companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A job page for each service

Post-construction, scrubbing, glass, carpet, kitchen and warehouse cleaning, each as its own page with method and surfaces.

Result: Each job a buyer searches for has a page that matches it.

  2. Area pages with real local detail

Pages for the areas you serve, naming the kinds of sites and the access you handle there.

Result: No two area pages share the same text.

  3. Photograph pairs with captions

Same-spot before and after pictures, captioned with the surface and the machine used, and filed by job type.

Result: Every job page carries its own proof.

  4. Titles and descriptions written for the searcher

Page titles and descriptions that name the job and the area in plain words.

Result: A result in search reads as the answer to the typed job.

  5. A fix list for the existing site

Duplicate pages, thin pages and broken links found and listed in the order they should be fixed.

Result: You hold a written list of what is wrong and what comes first.

  6. Search Console set up and read

The tool that shows which searches reach the site, connected and checked with you.

Result: You can see the searches that bring visits.

How the result is measured

  • Ranking positions
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from organic search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the search engine optimisation work runs

  1. 1

    Audit and baseline

We record where the site stands today: positions, traffic, technical faults and the enquiries search currently produces. Nothing starts until this number is written down.

  2. 2

    Decide what to rank for

We map the searches your buyers use, in your words and theirs, and pick the ones worth the effort for your margin and your capacity.

  3. 3

    Fix the foundations

Technical faults first, because the cheapest gains are usually there. Then the Business Profile and directory consistency.

  4. 4

    Build the pages

A page for each thing you do, written to answer the question it is searched for, with a clear next step at the end.

  5. 5

    Publish and earn mentions

Content goes out on the calendar. Links and mentions are earned from real relationships, not bought.

  6. 6

    Measure, report, adjust

At the interval agreed at the start we report what moved and what did not, and change the plan when the numbers say so.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

How long before the site ranks?
Nobody can promise a rank or a date, and GullySales does not. Search engines decide, and the work is to make each page the best answer for one job. We show you the searches reaching the site as they appear.
Do we need a blog?
A blog helps only where it answers a buyer's question, such as how a marble floor is polished or what a handover clean covers. A job page does more than a general post. We pick topics from the searches your buyers use.
Can we use the same text for all our cities?
No. Copied text across area pages is weak and reads as copied. Each area page should hold facts about that area, such as the sites you serve and the access you meet. Where you have no real detail, we say so and skip the page.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
