Commercial cleaning companies · Website

Give every job its own page, with photographs, method and a way to ask for a measurement.

A website for a commercial cleaning company is the set of pages where a buyer checks what you clean, how you do it and how to book a site visit. GullySales designs and writes it around the jobs buyers search for.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For commercial cleaning companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “One services page cannot serve every buyer”

A site engineer wants handover cleaning, a restaurant owner wants kitchen deep cleaning, and a facility head wants scrubbing. One page listing all of them answers none of them well.

  • “The buyer wants proof before the call”

Before ringing, a buyer looks for photographs of real floors and a sense of your machines and crew. A gallery of mismatched pictures with no captions proves little.

  • “The phone is the main action”

A visitor on a phone wants to call or send a photograph on WhatsApp. A form on the last page, with six fields, loses them, so the call and WhatsApp buttons must be on every page.

  • “Price pages invite the wrong comparison”

A rate on the website is read against the cheapest competitor. A page that explains how a quote is built from area, machine and crew keeps the conversation on method.

What we do

What we deliver for commercial cleaning companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A page for each job

Post-construction, scrubbing, glass, kitchen, carpet and warehouse cleaning, each with method, surfaces and photographs.

Result: Each job has a page that answers its own buyer.

  2. A site visit request

A short form and a WhatsApp button asking for area, surface and a photograph.

Result: A visit can be requested in a few taps.

  3. A photograph gallery with captions

Same-spot before and after pairs, captioned with surface and machine.

Result: Every picture says what it shows.

  4. A how-we-quote page

An explanation of how area, machines and crew shape a quote, with no prices.

Result: The buyer understands what the figure covers.

  5. Pages for builders and property managers

A scope sheet and an introduction pack, downloadable.

Result: A project manager can forward your scope.

  6. Speed and phone checks

The site tested on ordinary phones and connections your buyers use.

Result: Pages load and read well on a phone.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a new website or can you fix ours?
We read the current site first. If the structure suits job pages, we fix and extend it; if not, we say so and show why before you decide.
Should we show our clients' names?
Only with their agreement. A named client carries proof, but a site you cannot identify, with a clear photograph, is safer than a name used without asking.
Who updates it afterwards?
You can, if the site is built for it. We set up a simple way for your team to add photographs and jobs, and GullySales stays available for changes.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
