Electrical contractors · WhatsApp marketing

Your site photographs and quotes already travel on WhatsApp, so make them work.

WhatsApp marketing for an electrical contractor means using the app builders, supervisors and homeowners already use to send drawings, photographs and estimates, in an orderly way. GullySales sets up a business profile, a catalogue of services and a handful of message templates that your team can use without sounding like a broadcast.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For electrical contractors

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Drawings and panel photographs already live there”

A site engineer sends a photograph of a tripping breaker to the office, and a consultant forwards a revised drawing. All of it sits in personal chats that disappear when a phone changes. A business account keeps those conversations in one place.

  • “The homeowner wants to send a photo, not fill a form”

Someone with a failing meter board will take a picture and send it. A message with a photograph lets your estimator say whether the work is a small repair or a rewire before anyone visits. A web form cannot do that.

  • “A personal number loses the trail when staff leave”

If the enquiry sits on a supervisor's own phone, it leaves with them. A shared business number with a named person on duty keeps the history with the firm and lets a second person answer when the first is on a ladder.

  • “Broadcasts to builders feel like spam”

A forwarded greeting to the whole contact list tells a purchase head nothing. A short message that carries a recently completed project, sent to the few who might use it, is read. The rule is a reason to message, every time.

What we do

What we deliver for electrical contractors.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A WhatsApp Business profile for the firm

The business name, licence details, working hours, address and a short description set up on a shared number.

Result: A new contact sees a real firm.

  2. A catalogue of electrical services

Entries for rewiring, panel upgrades, solar wiring, EV chargers and maintenance, each with a plain description and a photograph.

Result: A homeowner knows what to ask for.

  3. Quick replies for common questions

Saved answers on site visit, licence, estimate format and what to send, written in the words your team would use.

Result: Anyone on the team replies the same way.

  4. Templates for estimate follow-up and handover

Standard messages for sending an estimate, asking for a decision and thanking a builder after completion.

Result: Follow-up becomes a habit, not a favour.

  5. A rule for who answers and when

A short sheet naming the person on duty, how a message is handed over and what happens outside working hours.

    Result: No enquiry waits unseen.

  6. A consent and opt-out routine

A line asking permission before adding a person to updates, and a simple way to stop messages.

Result: You message only those who agreed.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

  1. 1

    Understand current WhatsApp use

We review how customers currently message you and how consistently, if at all, it is answered.

  2. 2

    Audit common questions

We identify the questions that come up repeatedly, which decide what should be automated first.

  3. 3

    Set up automation and templates

An automated first response and quick reply templates are built for the most common needs.

  4. 4

    Connect to the CRM

Conversations are linked to customer records so context carries over between team members.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track response time and conversion, refining automated responses based on what customers actually ask.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need the WhatsApp Business API?
A firm of your size can usually start with the WhatsApp Business app. The API matters when several people answer at once or messages are sent at scale. We look at your volume first and recommend only what you need.
Can we send updates to all our builders at once?
Only to people who have agreed to receive them, and with a reason that concerns them. Check the platform's current rules on business messaging. A short note about a finished project is better than a general broadcast.
Should site supervisors use their own phones?
Keep customer chats on the business number. Supervisors can still send site photographs to the office on their own phones, but the office forwards what matters into the shared account so the record stays with the firm.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
