Gate, grill and fencing fabricators · Reputation management

Answer the review about rust at the weld before the next buyer reads it.

Reputation management for a gate, grill and fencing fabricator is replying to every review, especially the ones about rust, sagging and delay, and fixing the cause in the workshop. GullySales writes the replies with you and sets up a routine to ask satisfied owners at handover.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What reputation management means

Reputation management is watching what is said about your business across Google, social media and review sites, and responding to it before it changes a buyer's mind. GullySales monitors mentions, drafts responses to negative reviews and flags recurring complaints back to your team.

For gate, grill and fencing fabricators

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Rust is the review everyone fears”

A gate that rusts at the welds after one monsoon is judged on the primer and the finish. A reply that names what will be checked works better than an apology alone.

  • “A delay before a housewarming is not forgiven”

A gate promised before griha pravesh and delivered after it produces the angriest review the workshop will get. The promise date has to be one you can keep.

  • “Photographs are better proof than praise”

A review with a picture of the fitted gate tells the next buyer more than five words of thanks.

What we do

What we deliver for gate, grill and fencing fabricators.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A reply for each kind of complaint

Drafted answers for rust, sagging, delay, a finish that differs from the photograph and damage to a wall or tiles, written to be edited.

Result: No complaint sits unanswered for want of words.

  2. A review request at handover

A message with the Google link, sent after the owner has checked the gate and the snag is closed.

Result: Happy owners are asked when the gate is fresh in their mind.

  3. A fix-and-return routine for rust and sag

A named person who visits, notes the cause and records the repair against the original order.

Result: A complaint becomes a repaired gate and a closed record.

  4. Watching Google, JustDial and Sulekha

Reviews on each listing checked and replied to from one place.

Result: No listing is left with an unanswered complaint.

  5. Review count against orders

Reviews received set against fittings completed, so you can see how many owners were never asked.

Result: You can see the gap between happy owners and reviews.

How the result is measured

  • Average rating
  • Response time to reviews
  • Negative mentions resolved

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

What to do with each review

How to answer each kind of review a gate workshop gets.

Rust at the welds after the monsoon
Reply that you will visit and inspect it. Check the primer and the number of coats on that job, and look at whether the cut ends were sealed before painting.
Gate sagging or not closing
Offer a visit to check the hinges, the pillar and the footing. Note whether the pillar was yours or the builder's, because a weak pillar is the usual cause.
Delivered after the housewarming date
Say plainly what happened and apologise. Look at the promise date you gave and whether the paint or the powder coating slot was the cause.
Finish differs from the photograph
Reply that you will compare the fitted gate with the design agreed. Check that the quote named the design, the material and the finish, and that the owner approved it in writing.
Damage to tiles or the wall while fixing
Apologise and offer to repair at your cost if the damage is yours. Check that the fixing crew protected the floor and who was supervising.
Praise with a photograph
Thank the owner by name if the review gives it, and say what was made. With their permission, add the photograph to your own gallery.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the reputation management work runs

  1. 1

    Understand current perception

We start by actually searching your business name and reviewing what a stranger would currently see.

  2. 2

    Audit existing mentions

We catalogue reviews, mentions and search results, flagging anything negative or inaccurate.

  3. 3

    Plan responses

A calm, factual response is prepared for anything that needs one, agreed with you before posting.

  4. 4

    Implement monitoring

Ongoing checks are set up so new mentions are caught promptly rather than discovered by accident.

  5. 5

    Measure and report

Sentiment and response times are reported, with your business name searched again to see what has moved.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we ask a customer to take down a bad review?
You can ask once, politely, after the problem is genuinely solved, and the owner decides. Never offer a discount or a free repair in exchange for removal, and never argue in the reply. Platforms have their own rules for reviews, so check their current ones.
A review names the welder who fitted the gate. How should we reply?
Reply as the workshop and do not name the man in public. Say you will look into the work and take it up with him yourself. Thank a praised welder privately or in the team, and keep the review's facts in the job record.
The owner wrote in Kannada or Tamil. Should we reply in English?
Reply in the language the owner used. A reply in a language they cannot read looks like a template. If nobody on the team writes it well, have a relative or a colleague check the draft before it goes out.
Can we offer a discount to everyone who leaves a review?
No. Rewarding reviews breaks the platforms' rules and makes them look bought. Ask every owner at handover, make it easy to leave one, and thank those who do. Check each platform's current rules before you change how you ask.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
