Gate, grill and fencing fabricators · WhatsApp marketing

Turn the photograph of an opening into a measurement visit.

WhatsApp marketing for a gate, grill and fencing fabricator is using a business number to receive photographs of openings, answer with the right questions and send the quote and the site visit confirmation. GullySales sets up the account, the saved replies and the consent rules.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

For gate, grill and fencing fabricators

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The enquiry already arrives on WhatsApp”

Most buyers send a picture and a size to the workshop's mobile. If that mobile is the welder's phone, the enquiry goes where the welder goes.

  • “A quote in a chat is easy to lose”

A rate typed in a message and forgotten becomes an argument at fitting time. The quote has to be a written document with the material named.

  • “Broadcasting to old customers can get the number blocked”

A message to everyone who ever called, with no consent and no way to opt out, gets reported.

What we do

What we deliver for gate, grill and fencing fabricators.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A WhatsApp Business account on a company number

A number with the workshop name, products, service areas and hours, answerable by more than one person.

Result: Enquiries stay with the business when a man leaves.

  2. Saved replies for the opening photograph

A set of questions for width, height, material, motor and pincode, and a message offering a measurement slot.

Result: Every enquiry gets the right questions in the first reply.

  3. A catalogue of products and finishes

Gates, grills, railings and fencing loaded into the business catalogue with photographs and details.

Result: A buyer can browse before the first message.

  4. Quote and visit confirmation messages

A message for the visit date and a PDF quote on letterhead, with what is included and for how long it stands.

Result: The quote is a document the owner can show his family.

  5. An opt-in list for seasonal messages

A record of who agreed to hear from you, with a reminder before the monsoon and an easy way to opt out.

Result: Old customers hear from you without being spammed.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

What must be in place first

What a gate workshop sets up before using WhatsApp to chase enquiries and quotes.

A record of who agreed to messages
Note the customer's name, number, date and how they agreed, such as by asking on the quote form. Use that list for reminders, and never message people just because you hold their number.
Business profile on a company number
Fill in the workshop name, address or service areas, hours and a short product list. Print the number on the signboard, the quote and the gate plate where the owner can see it.
Saved replies for the first message
Write short replies asking width, height, material, motor and pincode, and one offering a measurement slot. Keep each in plain words and in the language the buyer used.
Message templates for reminders
A visit confirmation or a pre-monsoon reminder that you start yourself needs an approved template. Check WhatsApp's current business policy and pricing before planning volumes.
A way to stop messages
Add a line such as reply STOP to opt out, and remove anyone who says so on the same day. Keep a note of who opted out so they are not messaged again.
A person who takes over
Decide who answers when a buyer writes after hours or while the welder is on a ladder. Give a call-back time you can keep, and log each chat against the enquiry.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

  1. 1

    Understand current WhatsApp use

We review how customers currently message you and how consistently, if at all, it is answered.

  2. 2

    Audit common questions

We identify the questions that come up repeatedly, which decide what should be automated first.

  3. 3

    Set up automation and templates

An automated first response and quick reply templates are built for the most common needs.

  4. 4

    Connect to the CRM

Conversations are linked to customer records so context carries over between team members.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track response time and conversion, refining automated responses based on what customers actually ask.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we use broadcast lists or the WhatsApp Business API?
Start with the business app and saved replies. The API needs approved templates and a provider, and suits a workshop with several people answering. Check WhatsApp's current business policy before choosing.
Can we create a group with the owner, the supervisor and the welders?
Yes, for a running job, with the owner's consent. Keep it to the people needed, avoid mixing two clients, and close it after fitting. Do not add the owner's whole family without asking him.
Our welder uses his own phone for customers. Is that a problem?
Yes. The chat, the photographs and the quote leave with him. Put customer messages on a company number that the office can see, and give the welder a way to send photographs to it.
Is the catalogue feature worth setting up?
For a workshop with a stable set of products, yes. Add gates, grills, railings and fencing with real photographs and the details you need to quote. Leave out prices that change with steel, and update it when designs change.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
