Gate, grill and fencing fabricators · Social media

Let the welding sparks and the finished gate do the posting.

Social media marketing for a gate, grill and fencing fabricator is showing finished work and the making of it where homeowners and builders already look. GullySales plans what to film at the workshop and at fittings and sets one action on each post, usually a measurement request.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For gate, grill and fencing fabricators

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Making a gate is a good video, a rate list is not”

Cutting, welding and painting on a short clip draws more attention than a flyer. People stop to watch hot metal and a clean finish.

  • “Posts with no next step get liked and forgotten”

An admirer of a gate design needs a button, a number or a prompt to send the opening's photograph. Without it, the post ends where it starts.

  • “A client's house is not a free backdrop”

A photograph of a fitted gate shows the house and the street. Some owners are happy to be shown and others are not.

What we do

What we deliver for gate, grill and fencing fabricators.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A plan for what to film at each job

A short list for the supervisor: the finished gate from the street, a close shot of the weld and finish, and a clip of the fitting.

Result: Every job produces usable material without extra effort.

  2. Instagram and Facebook pages with a single next step

Posts with one action, such as send us the width and a photograph on WhatsApp.

Result: A viewer knows what to do after the picture.

  3. Reels and Shorts of the workshop floor

Short clips of cutting, welding and painting with a line of explanation.

Result: A buyer sees the work behind the rate.

  4. A routine for comments and messages

Who answers a comment asking the rate, and what the answer says.

Result: A comment becomes a conversation, not a missed lead.

  5. Festival and season calendar

Posts timed to Ugadi, Akshaya Tritiya, Dhanteras and the pre-monsoon season, when owners think about gates and grills.

Result: Your work appears when the house is on the owner's mind.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Platform for this buyer

Where gate, grill and fencing buyers look, and what to post for each.

Instagram reels for homeowners
A short clip of one gate from cutting to the final coat, with the size and finish in the caption. Ask viewers to send the width of their opening on WhatsApp.
Facebook for the family who decide together
Post finished work by locality with a short line on the material. Older owners and relatives use Facebook, so reply to comments there and pass them to the quote desk.
YouTube for sliding gates and railings
A longer video showing how a sliding gate runs, how a stainless steel railing is fixed or how a farm fence is strung. Describe the steps in the video, not only the finished look.
WhatsApp status for local reach
Post a new fitting and a short caption. Replies come to the business number, where the quote conversation can begin. Keep the status to your work, not forwards.
LinkedIn for builders and architects
Post projects you supplied by site, with the quantity and the finish. Name the builder only with consent. Contractors and architects look here when they build a supplier list.
What not to post
No client addresses, number plates or nameplates, no rival's gate with a jibe, no unverified claim about strength or life, and no price list that dates badly.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the social media work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Who should appear on camera, the owner or the welders?
Show the work and the hands first. The owner can introduce himself on one pinned clip, because buyers like to know who they are calling. Ask welders before filming them and let any man say no.
People comment asking the rate. Should we reply in public?
Reply that rates depend on the size and material, and ask them to send the width and a photograph on WhatsApp. Avoid quoting a rate in a comment. It is compared against the next workshop's rate and ignores the design.
Which festivals matter for gate and grill work?
Owners finish houses before griha pravesh, and look at gates around Ugadi, Akshaya Tritiya, Dhanteras and before the monsoon. Check which ones your own customers choose in your own city, from your order dates.
Do we need the client's permission to post a photograph of a fitted gate?
Ask, and keep the reply. Some owners do not want the house or the street shown. Offer to crop out the house number, the nameplate and the car, and keep their name off the post unless they agree.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
