Plumbing contractors · Email marketing

No homeowner opens an email about plumbing.

Email is the wrong channel for leak customers and the right one for builders, consultants, designers and association secretaries. GullySales builds that list from your own completed jobs, dates every maintenance renewal note, and keeps homeowner follow-up on WhatsApp where it belongs.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What email marketing means

Email marketing is sending planned messages to a list of past and prospective customers who have agreed to hear from you. It suits offers, updates and staying in touch with someone who is not ready to buy yet. GullySales writes and schedules these emails and tracks who opens, clicks and enquires.

For plumbing contractors

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Your email list is the project side of the business”

Purchase officers, MEP consultants, architects and secretaries read email. The flat owner with a leak never will.

  • “The secretary changes every year and the list dies with them”

An association contact is a post rather than a person, and nobody updates it until a renewal has already been missed.

  • “A renewal note six weeks early beats a year of newsletters”

That is the window in which a committee decides whether to invite three more quotations or simply continue.

What we do

What we deliver for plumbing contractors.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A list of builders, consultants, designers and secretaries

Named contacts with the project or building against each one, brought up to date after every completed job.

Result: You know who to write to and why.

  2. A completed project note sent when a tower finishes

Photographs, the scope and the test record, sent to the builders and consultants on your list within the month.

Result: Your record reaches people before they need it.

  3. Maintenance renewal reminders dated per contract

A note six weeks before each contract expires, carrying that year's service record and the renewal terms.

Result: Contracts renew before quotations are invited.

  4. A designer note after every bathroom

A short message with completion photographs and confirmation that the finishes came through the job clean.

Result: Designers remember who protected the tiles.

  5. A rule that keeps homeowners on WhatsApp

Repair customers followed up by message rather than email, with the renovation offer sent the same way.

Result: Nothing useful is lost in a dead inbox.

  6. Replies and renewals counted

Who opened, who replied, which project enquiries came from the list, and which contracts renewed, against the starting figures.

Result: You can see whether the list is working.

How the result is measured

  • Open rate
  • Click rate
  • Enquiries from email

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

What must be in place first

What a plumbing contractor needs in place before it emails builders and committees.

A list built from finished jobs
List every completed tower, villa and renovation with the builder, the consultant, the secretary and the year. A finished project is the best introduction to the next.
Consent from the contract or visit
India's data protection law expects you to show who agreed to hear from you. Add a permission line to the work order or maintenance form, and record the date.
A sender with project references ready
Mail from a named person at your own domain and link to project photos and a short list of completed work. A builder checks references before inviting a quote.
Segments by contact type
Keep builders, MEP consultants, interior designers and association secretaries apart. A secretary renewing a contract wants different content from a consultant choosing a contractor.
Dated notes apart from offers
A maintenance renewal date and a completed-project note are business mails. Seasonal offers are promotion. Keep each on its own list with an unsubscribe.
A reply path to someone on site
Replies go to the site supervisor or the owner who can visit. A homeowner with a leak should be told to use WhatsApp or phone instead.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the email marketing work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your list

We review who is on the list, how they got there, and how long it has been since they last heard from you.

  2. 2

    Audit past sends

We check open and click rates from past emails to see what has and has not worked.

  3. 3

    Segment and plan

The list is split into meaningful groups and a sending calendar is agreed.

  4. 4

    Implement content and automation

Emails are written, scheduled and, where useful, set to trigger automatically based on behaviour.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track performance and adjust subject lines, timing and content based on what the list responds to.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Is email worth it for a plumbing business?
For the project side, yes. For homeowners, no. Write to builders, consultants and committees, and reach flat owners on WhatsApp where they already talk to you.
How do we keep an association contact when the committee changes?
Write to the society office address as well as a personal number, and send the service record every month. A new committee that inherits a file already knows who you are.
Should we mail the committee members of a society?
Write to the secretary or the facility manager and let them take it to the committee. A society's committee changes, so keep the contact's role in your record rather than only the name. Avoid mailing individual residents unless they asked.
What should a completed-project note say?
Name the tower, the scope, the pipework and test done and the date handed over, plus a link to photos. Keep claims to what you can show. Add a line inviting the consultant to ask for the test record if they need it.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
