Plumbing contractors · Reputation management

The worst review comes from someone who thinks you invented the leak.

Reputation for a plumbing contractor turns on whether the customer believes the fault was real. GullySales builds the photographed diagnosis that settles that argument, the review ask made after the wall is dry, and the service record a committee reads.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What reputation management means

Reputation management is watching what is said about your business across Google, social media and review sites, and responding to it before it changes a buyer's mind. GullySales monitors mentions, drafts responses to negative reviews and flags recurring complaints back to your team.

For plumbing contractors

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The argument is about whether the leak existed”

You open a wall, find a concealed joint, and the owner decides you created the problem in order to charge for it.

  • “One message in a building group reaches every flat”

A complaint posted at nine at night in an apartment WhatsApp group is read by every future customer in that tower.

  • “A designer never writes a review, they just stop calling”

One chipped tile ends three bathrooms a month, and nobody in your office ever finds out why the calls dried up.

What we do

What we deliver for plumbing contractors.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A photographed diagnosis report handed over on site

Where the water is coming from, what was found behind the wall, and what the repair involves, with pictures and a marked sketch.

Result: The owner believes the fault before the bill arrives.

  2. A review ask made after the wall is dry

The request sent a few days later, once the repair has held, rather than while the customer is still watching the ceiling.

Result: Reviews come from people who saw it work.

  3. A reply routine for the overcharging complaint

Wording that states what was found and what was done, offers a number, and never argues about the rate in public.

Result: A public complaint becomes a visible answer.

  4. A service record written for the committee

Every callout, the response time, and each pump and STP check recorded and sent to the association.

Result: A new committee sees a history, not a bill.

  5. A feedback call to designers before they go quiet

A short call after each bathroom asking what the site team did badly, made before the next job is handed out.

Result: You hear about a chipped tile in time.

  6. A count of reviews and complaints

Reviews by source, complaints raised and how each one was closed, set against the position before work started.

Result: Problems stop being discovered by accident.

How the result is measured

  • Average rating
  • Response time to reviews
  • Negative mentions resolved

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

What to do with each review

How to answer homeowners, committees and builders about a leak, a bill or a delay.

Praise after a repair
Thank them and name the job, such as a bathroom leak or a motor change. Ask them to say the area and the type of job. Reply with the plumber's first name.
Leak that returned after repair
Offer a recheck under your warranty and ask them to share photographs. Check the job card for the cause found, the fitting used and whether pressure testing was done.
Complaint about price or extra charges
Reply that the quote and any extra work agreed on site are on record, and offer to go through it. Make sure the plumber states the price for a repair before he starts.
Complaint about a mess or tile damage
Apologise and offer to repair. Check the photographs taken before the work and whether the area was covered. Add a rule to protect tiles and clean up before leaving.
Apartment committee or builder complaint
Reply that you will go through the scope and the drawings with the committee. Check the work order against the plumbing drawings, and say what was handed over.
Review that looks fake or from a rival
Search the job book for the name and the street. If nothing matches, report the review through the platform's own process and reply once, saying you cannot find a call-out at that address.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the reputation management work runs

  1. 1

    Understand current perception

We start by actually searching your business name and reviewing what a stranger would currently see.

  2. 2

    Audit existing mentions

We catalogue reviews, mentions and search results, flagging anything negative or inaccurate.

  3. 3

    Plan responses

A calm, factual response is prepared for anything that needs one, agreed with you before posting.

  4. 4

    Implement monitoring

Ongoing checks are set up so new mentions are caught promptly rather than discovered by accident.

  5. 5

    Measure and report

Sentiment and response times are reported, with your business name searched again to see what has moved.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

A customer says we overcharged. Do we reply publicly?
Yes, once, and calmly. State what was found and what was done, give a name and a number, and stop there. Everybody else reading is judging the reply rather than the complaint.
How do we get reviews from apartment jobs?
Ask the flat owner a few days after the repair holds, and ask the secretary after a maintenance visit. A request made while the ceiling is still stained gets you nothing.
How do we get reviews from apartment jobs, where the committee pays?
Ask the resident or the secretary who called you, once the repair is done, and mention the flat number only if they agree. For common-area work ask the committee for one review in the society's name. Never ask for a review in exchange for a discount.
A customer says the leak is from our work, but it is the building's pipe. What do we write?
Reply that you will inspect with them, and show photographs of the pipe you worked on. Do not argue in public. If the cause lies in the building's line, give a short written note to the committee and offer to quote for it.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.

Your next practical step
