Plumbing contractors · Social media

A clip of a moisture meter ends the argument on site.

Social media for a plumbing contractor is short video proving what sits behind a wall, and a presence in the apartment groups where plumbers get named. GullySales sets the filming and permission routine, and gives your customers something to paste.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For plumbing contractors

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A thirty-second clip settles the disbelief you keep meeting”

The meter reading on a wet wall, filmed once, answers the objection you argue through on every seepage job.

  • “Apartment groups name a plumber every week, and you cannot post there”

Only a resident can. Your job is to give one of them something short and worth sending.

  • “Filming in somebody's bathroom needs asking first”

Permission comes before the spanner, not afterwards, and a flat owner asked properly at the start usually agrees.

What we do

What we deliver for plumbing contractors.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A filming routine with permission asked at the start

One line the site team says before work begins, and a short list of what may be filmed inside a customer's home.

Result: Footage arrives without anybody upset.

  2. A before and after set for bathrooms

The same three shots on every renovation, taken by the site supervisor, so the gallery builds without a photographer.

Result: Renovation work finally has proof to show.

  3. A monsoon checklist post for associations

A short annual piece on terrace drains, shaft checks and pump servicing, sent to committees before the rains begin.

Result: Secretaries share it and remember your name.

  4. Something a happy customer can paste

Two lines and a photograph given to the customer after a good job, ready for the building group where somebody will ask.

Result: You get named in groups you cannot enter.

  5. A WhatsApp catalogue of services

Services, the visit charge and typical bands loaded as a business catalogue, so a customer can look before ringing.

Result: The money conversation starts in the right place.

  6. Calls traced back to the platform they came from

Which platform produced which call each month, so whichever one produces nothing loses its share of the time.

Result: Filming goes where the calls come from.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Platform for this buyer

Where a homeowner and a builder find a plumber, and what to post.

Apartment association WhatsApp groups
Reply to a thread asking for a plumber with your name, your area and one line on what you attend to. Do not post rates; the cause of a leak decides them.
Instagram reels of hidden work
Film a pipe behind a tile, a concealed cistern or a leak being traced, with the customer's permission. People trust a plumber who shows the cause, not only the repair.
YouTube for builders and consultants
Show a finished tower's riser layout, a pressure test and the tank room with pump and valve sizes spoken. A builder shortlisting contractors wants to see supervision, not only a final bathroom.
Google Business Profile photographs
Post finished bathroom work, your vehicle, your service area and the services you offer, including emergency repairs. A homeowner with a leak searches the map first.
What not to post
Do not post a customer's bathroom, address or any photograph where the family appears without asking. Do not post a quoted rate for a repair, because the cause of the leak decides the cost.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the social media work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Does Instagram bring plumbing work?
Renovation work sometimes, because bathrooms photograph well. Emergency work almost never. Put the renovations there and send the seepage videos where associations and designers will see them.
Can we post a customer's bathroom?
Only after asking, and better in writing on the estimate. Keep the flat number and the building name out of it. Most owners agree when the question comes before the work rather than after.
How do we post a leak diagnosis without sounding like a sales pitch?
Show how you found it: the damp patch, the pressure test or the camera inspection, in order. Say what you ruled out as well. A reader trusts the plumber who names what it was not. Keep the caption plain, and end with how to book an inspection.
Should helpers appear in our videos?
Yes, with their agreement and in proper gear. A customer likes knowing who will enter the house, and it shows you train your people. Do not film a helper doing something unsafe, because viewers notice and it harms the next hire.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
