Home cleaning companies · Digital marketing

Connect the search, the quote and the booking into one fast path.

Digital marketing for a home cleaning company connects local search and social content to a fast WhatsApp quoting routine, so an enquiry becomes a booking before the customer looks elsewhere. GullySales sets up that connection and tracks which channel actually produces confirmed bookings, not just enquiries.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

Realistic editorial illustration of home cleaning companies at work in India

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For home cleaning companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Local search carries most of the demand”

Almost all cleaning searches include a locality, so local listings matter more than broad advertising.

  • “Quote speed decides the booking”

A slow quote loses the customer regardless of whether they arrived by search or a social post.

  • “Recurring customers need a different channel”

A renewal reminder works better on WhatsApp than a fresh advertisement aimed at new customers.

What we do

What we deliver for home cleaning companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A connected plan across listing, quoting and follow-up

One plan linking the Business Profile, job pages and a fast WhatsApp quoting routine, instead of running each separately.

Result: An enquiry moves smoothly from search to a confirmed booking.

  2. A same-day quoting routine with a price list

A standard price list for common jobs, so staff can quote quickly without escalating every enquiry.

Result: A customer gets a fast quote regardless of who is on duty.

  3. A separate renewal channel for recurring customers

A WhatsApp-based renewal reminder set up apart from new-customer advertising, aimed at keeping existing subscribers booked.

Result: Recurring customers are reminded before they consider switching.

  4. Channel tracking to see what actually converts

Tracking that shows which channel, search, social or referral, is producing confirmed bookings rather than just enquiries.

Result: You know where to spend effort, not just where clicks come from.

  5. One report across every channel

A single report on enquiries and bookings by channel, checked against the baseline recorded before work started.

Result: You see the full picture in one place.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Where to start for cleaning

Make the quote and the booking quick, then widen the search.

A WhatsApp price list
Write rates by job, such as a deep clean for a 2BHK or a sofa shampoo, with what is included. Let your staff quote from it, and log the time of each reply.
Google Business Profile
Add the services, the areas you cover, recent photographs and a phone that is answered. Ask each new customer to review you, without any reward.
A page for each job
Write one page each for deep cleaning, move-in cleaning, sofa and carpet cleaning, and kitchen cleaning, with what the crew does. Record the enquiries by page.
Staff verification note
Prepare a short note on how staff are verified and trained, with true details only. Send it with the quote when a customer asks.
Recurring customer list
Record each repeat household, the job, the date and the next due date. Message before the date, with their consent, and note who rebooked.
What to leave until later
Paid ads across the city and a large website. Fix the quote speed first, as an enquiry that waits goes to the next company.

Who it is for

This is written for these home cleaning companies.

  • Deep cleaning and one-time service providers
  • Recurring home maintenance cleaning companies
  • Sofa, carpet and upholstery cleaning specialists
  • Move-in and move-out cleaning services
  • Office and commercial cleaning contractors
  • Society and apartment complex cleaning contracts
  • Franchise-model cleaning companies

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • Your quote still takes a long time to reach the customer, so more enquiries would only be lost between search and booking.
  • You cannot say which localities you serve, and the channels would bring calls for flats your crew will not reach.
  • You have no one to answer a message the same day, since a same-day searcher moves on to the next company.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Agree the one aim

We settle what the campaign must achieve, such as enquiries for a launch or footfall for an event, and the date it must be live.

  2. 2

    Check what is ready

We list the channels you already run, who runs them, and what each can produce in the time available. Anything that cannot be done properly is left out.

  3. 3

Write the idea and the message sheet

We draft the one-sentence idea, test it against each planned format, and fix the wording that all channels will copy.

  4. 4

Brief every channel from the same sheet

Your agency, freelancer or in-house person receives the message sheet and calendar. Their work is checked against the sheet before it goes out.

  5. 5

    Run on the shared calendar

Channels go live together. If the offer changes, every channel is changed on the same day from the same sheet.

  6. 6

    Measure as one campaign

Enquiries and orders are read against the baseline. The reporting schedule is agreed in writing with the scope.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Where should a new company start?
The Business Profile and a fast quoting routine first, since those affect every enquiry already arriving.
Is paid advertising necessary?
Useful for a new company building initial bookings; less so once search and reviews carry demand.
How do we handle a booking that a staff member cancels?
Keep a backup list of trained staff and tell the customer at once with a new slot. Do not leave them waiting for a message. Record each cancellation and the reason, so you can fix the rota and the cause.
Should the quote be a fixed price or a range?
Give a range from the price list for standard jobs, and a fixed price after a short photo or a site look for large ones. State what is included and what changes the price. Record accepted quotes against the first range you gave.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
