Amusement parks and family entertainment centres · CRM

Keep every group enquiry, quote and past booking in one record.

A CRM for an amusement park or family entertainment centre records who asked about a group visit or party, what was offered and what was booked. GullySales sets up a record that the sales desk can keep up on a busy day.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

An amusement park manager discussing a group booking at the ticket desk

For amusement parks and family entertainment centres

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Group enquiries get lost between phones”

A teacher calls one number, messages another and emails a third. Without a shared record, three people reply or nobody does. A single list ends that.

  • “Repeat institutions are the park's best customers”

A school that came last year is likely to consider coming again, but only if someone writes to the coordinator before the next term plans are made.

  • “Booking details change”

Headcount, date and package shift several times before the visit. A record that logs each change prevents arguments at the gate.

  • “Seasonal peaks overwhelm memory”

In holiday periods the desk handles more enquiries than any person can recall. A tracker with dates and statuses keeps the calls in order.

What we do

What we deliver for amusement parks and family entertainment centres.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Enquiry pipeline for groups and parties

Stages from enquiry to confirmed to visited, with a clear owner at each.

Result: Everyone can see the state of each booking.

  2. Institution and organiser records

A record for each school, company and society, with contacts and past visits.

Result: Past visits are visible when the next enquiry comes.

  3. Booking change log

A field that records changes to date, headcount and package.

Result: Disputes at the gate have a written record.

  4. Follow-up reminders

Prompts for quotes that have not been answered and groups due to be contacted.

Result: Follow-ups come from the record.

  5. Contact import and clean-up

Existing sheets and phone contacts loaded and de-duplicated.

Result: The record starts with your real history.

  6. Birthday and party deposit tracker

A list of party bookings with the room, the slot, the number of children, the advance taken and the balance due on the day, so the party host at the desk and the accounts person read the same figures.

Result: The balance due is on the record before the family arrives.

  7. School trip sheet

A sheet for each school visit holding the coordinator's name, the number of students and teachers, the bus arrival time, the lunch order and the invoice name, since the trip leader revises the numbers the evening before.

Result: The gate team has the final headcount in one place.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries logged in the CRM
  • Data completeness
  • Reports generated from CRM data

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the CRM work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Map the sales process

We record how a deal actually moves from enquiry to close in your business today.

  2. 2

    Configure stages and fields

The CRM's pipeline and fields are built to match that process exactly, not a generic template.

  3. 3

    Set up automations

Reminders, assignment rules and follow-up triggers are configured so routine steps happen without manual effort.

  4. 4

    Test with real deals

We run the configuration against actual current deals to catch gaps before the whole team relies on it.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales management. A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3 · you are here

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Is a CRM too heavy for a park?
Not if it is kept simple. A shared sheet with clear columns works at first, one row per group or party and one column for the next call date. GullySales moves you to software when the number of enquiries makes the sheet slow to search, and loads the sheet's history into it.
Who should update it?
Whoever takes the enquiry, whether that is the front desk, the sales executive or the person at the party counter. The update is tied to the quote reply, so the entry and the reply happen together and the record does not depend on someone remembering later in the evening.
Can it track ticket buyers too?
Single tickets bought through a partner or an aggregator sit outside the record unless that partner shares the buyer's details. The CRM concentrates on groups, parties and repeat visitors you deal with directly, because those are the buyers you can write to before the next holiday.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
