Travel insurance agencies · Content marketing

Explain cover so plainly that the traveller forwards it to the family.

Content marketing for a travel insurance agency means writing guides that settle the questions travellers ask before they buy. GullySales plans and drafts the guides, and every statement about cover is checked against the insurer's wording.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What content marketing means

Content marketing is writing articles, guides and pages that answer the questions buyers search before they are ready to enquire. This makes your business visible and trusted before the first call. GullySales plans this content from the first conversation onward, choosing topics that match real search demand rather than guesses.

For travel insurance agencies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The forwarded guide does the selling”

A parent who reads a clear guide on pre-existing conditions forwards it to the traveller and to the sibling paying. Writing for forwarding, with short sections and no jargon, brings in the buyer you never met.

  • “Examples beat definitions”

Telling the reader that baggage delay is covered means little. A worked example of a missed connection, the receipts to keep and the call to make shows what a claim looks like.

  • “Exclusions deserve their own page”

Content that hides limits creates a complaint later. A guide that sets out what the policy does not cover earns the trust of a buyer who has been caught out before.

  • “Partners reuse good content”

A counsellor or visa consultant who finds a guide they can hand to clients will keep it. Content made for partners spreads further than content made only for travellers.

What we do

What we deliver for travel insurance agencies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A guide library by traveller and trip

Guides for students, seniors, families and corporate travellers, each covering documents, cover amounts and claims.

Result: The library covers each traveller type you sell to.

  2. Worked claim examples

Plain scenarios of a delayed bag, a hospital visit and a cancelled trip, drawn from policy wording rather than from real customers.

Result: Each example points to the clause it is based on.

  3. A printable checklist for partners

A one-page list of what a policy certificate must show for common visa types, ready to print or send.

Result: A partner can hand the page to a client without editing.

  4. A cover and exclusions explainer

A page that sets out what is covered and what is not, in the order a traveller asks.

Result: Exclusions appear alongside the cover, not buried.

  5. A review route with your insurer

Each guide is sent to your principal insurer or compliance adviser before publication.

Result: Every guide carries a recorded approval.

How the result is measured

  • Pages published
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from content pages

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the content marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm the plan

Topics and formats for the coming month are confirmed against the content strategy.

  2. 2

    Produce and review

Content is written or filmed, then reviewed by someone who knows your trade before it goes out.

  3. 3

    Publish and distribute

Finished content is published to the site and pushed through the channels your buyers actually use.

  4. 4

    Track enquiries

Enquiries are traced back to content where a direct line exists, and reported honestly where it does not.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

We report results and adjust the next topics based on what actually worked.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

How long should a guide be?
Long enough to answer the question and no longer. A traveller on a deadline wants the answer first and the detail after, so lead with the answer.
Can we use real customer claim stories?
Avoid them. Customer details are private and claim stories can mislead about what other policies will pay. Use worked examples built from the policy wording instead.
Who checks the content?
Your principal insurer or compliance adviser should approve anything that describes cover. GullySales drafts the pages and marks the statements that need that check.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
